Hard to get in contact with them and staff are not very welcoming. Customer service not so great over the phone and in person.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ascent Properties, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the quality of service and the overall experience.
The accommodations provided by Ascent properties were exceptional. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The amenities were modern, and everything was in perfect working order. I appreciated the attention to detail and the comfortable furnishings.
Your quick response wins my heart, Once again Thank you for everything you do to make this a great living environment. I'm proud to be a tenant under your care, and I hope our positive relationship continues for a long time to come.

Where to start…. I walked around the property with a girl called Olivia Sutton who assured me that the landlord would be painting the house, changing the doors and getting new carpet so I continued with my application.

upon signing, I was then told that actually the property doesn’t need work and therefore won’t be changed. There’s damp coming through the walls and ceiling as the roof is leaking, there was wires coming out of the floorboards, there was whole walls with no paint on, carpets with burn marks on it, no working hob, no working shower and it was FILTHY. They hadn’t even cleaned the property from the last tenant but they charged them for it.

I had many unpleasant conversations with a woman called Laura, who is the branch manager in Monton. When confronting her with the issues, she even lied and said she wasn’t in the area so couldn’t help but her colleague admitted she was in Tesco Express down the road.

It’s been 2 weeks and there’s still SO many issues and despite a contractor coming out, nothing has happened.

I highly advise if you can rent from anyone, don’t let it be Ascend.

I strongly recommend the renters to avoid them. I was their tenant and delivered the property in excellent condition. I had £950 as deposit but they claimed £2000 and even threatened me for legal action. They have professional team who know how to claim. A friendly alert to new renters. Please avoid them. Please read other reviews for deposit claims to notice what I mean.

Rebecca at Ascend has been very helpful and understanding during the whole process of me finding the right property. Her communication with me has been excellent and she has kept me updated throughout every step. This has been a really smooth and pleasant experience especially as this is my first time private renting an apartment. Emma at Ascend has also been very helpful during the process of background credit checks,paperwork etc. I really appreciate how regular the communication has been as I’ve not been left in the dark about anything. I would 100% recommend anyone going with Ascend to look for a property and I would recommend Rebecca and Emma along with the rest of the team as everyone I’ve encountered has been so polite and helpful.

We have had a wonderful experience so far trying to rent a property with Ascend and all staff members we had dealings with, especially Rev was very helpful. Rev was quite polite and efficient in handling all matters of concern. We hope that we will continue to have a great experience Ascend all through our contract.

Ascend manage a couple of properties for me. It takes 100 percent of the hassle out of managing on a day-to-day basis and with re-letting etc. Lora provides an exceptional service, always keeping me informed at every step and coming back to me very quickly when requested. This level of customer service is getting harder to find in this day and age. Well done Ascend and Lora and thank you.
