Bought a hat that never arrived. They said it made it to my local post office in Connecticut. Only made it as far as South Carolina. Then they said it was damaged and unreasonable. They then said it was returned and I would have to pay another shipping fee. If I wanted a refund they would minus the cost of the hat and shipping fee..meaning no refund. SCAM

If I could give zero stars to this company, I would. They sent a faulty Last of Us ring with a sharp inner tip, which became embedded in my finger, causing a deep cut. Customer service have been useless. I asked them to allow me to return the ring and to provide a refund. They refused to give me a return address to send the ring back, and tried to negotiate compensation with me in small increments of 2USD, then 4USD etc. I've been emailing with them for over a week, and they just keep ignoring my requests to return the ring, saying 8USD is the most they can offer me. Their website claims of having "100% customer satisfaction guarantee" and "hassle free returns" is a joke. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Rest of the few 'excellent' reviews are FAKE! Please please please dont read the positive reviews as these are clearly faked and are china based scammers! They literally wont respond to my emails and have taken my money without sending me anything! Looks like im not the only one too! So angry!

Don't waste your money on these total scammers, they thieve off other websites and have stolen pics and videos all over their products they pretend to sell. They take your money and run! Cant get my money back now and soo upset
