The quality of the dress does not match the photo's. What you receive is like a poor quality remake of the dress. I wish I can add photos.

I brought two dresses on sale for around USD40 (they were on sale) but I would not spend more than 15USD.

Shopping on your site was easy, but I received a refund for 2 of the 5 dresses I ordered almost immediately. It would have been helpful to get a low stock warning while still shopping.. then I could have chosen more or different dresses.
Otherwise, loved my experience. thanks!

Picture of dress stated price in AUD
They charged us in American dollars which ended up twice the price.
They emailed saying that they only deal in American Dollars yet they advertised the dress on there site in AUD.

awful company .been trying to return 2 dressess for mths now. No customer service. No telephone number. They dont reply to email i just want my muney back. If anyone knows who to contact please reply.

Read very carefully their return policy as the basically don't accept any return and will only refund partial cost. The amount is not specified in their terms so they can unilaterally decide how much they will refund you with the excuse that you can keep the item. And they also make it sound as they are being very generous but 'if I insist that I want to return the dress with full refund I will have to pay all expenses to ship it to Dubai'. I will NOT use them ever again.

Took about two weeks to arrive, but worth the wait! The dress is stunning! Very pleased! Will treat myself to another dress soon xx

Lovely jumper and was surprised it fitted as they have 50/50 reviews (TBH wasnt sure if it would even turn up). Delivery did take a while. The dresses didnt quite fit even though I measured as per their instructions, no point in returning but really considering getting another jumper!

your sizing chart is completely off. I order a Large because I am size 12. I couldn't even get the dress over my head. very disappointed because it is a beautiful dress that will be given away.
fix your sizing chart and also make it clearer you can't return items if they don't fit. If there was an option for no stars, I would have clicked on that

This company does not accept returns. They say they do but they’re located in Dubai and you need to pay the shipping to send it back. Total scam. Do not buy here.

I would have given this company 0 rating on their poorly made dresses. The dresses are of very poor workmanship and the fabric is cheap. When I tried to return them they asked me to return them to a Dubai address. The shipping package indicates that the dresses (if you can call them this) were shipped from Ajax. Be aware - this company will take your money. It is a big scam.

BE VERY WARY USING THIS SITE. I have tried to return a dress I ordered. They state easy returns on the website page but in the small print say will only accept returns with a quality issue. Mine was a quality issue as the fabric is awful, it smells of petrol and the fit is nothing like in the picture. Eventually they replied and said we will refund you $6 to keep it, I said no, they say $8 then after arguing go up to $15. Then an email saying returns are to Dubai so it’s not worth you returning it. This is clearly a scam. What is happening is people are probably accepting small compensation to keep something they will never wear and the company keep 80-90% of what they paid for it. Am reporting this to trading standards. This is their returns address they finally gave me No 47, 107 Sheikh Zayed Rd - Dubai - UAE. I don’t see the point of sending it back as I know they will say they have not received it. If you type in the address I have shown above you will see lots of information on scams, they keep changing the name of their website and doing the same over and over again. Please if you have had a bad experience too please report them.

I am trying to return two dresses that really have a bad shape and fit but they keep going round in circles - they wanted the SKU code which I sent now they want to refund me a part payment ! No I want to return the two dresses that I paid $98 for !
