Just want to share our experience with Austism 360. From referral to diagnosis was around 8 months. The whole process has been stress free and communication throughout has been excellent. When ever I've contacted with a query which was quite a few times they were very quick to respond and so helpful throughout the process.
The lady (Elina) who did my sons assessment was lovely and spoke very calmly to him giving him the time he needed to answer any questions. During the parent consultation Clara was very patient whilst I went through my own notes and recalling past events.
We were very quick to recieve feedback call and diagnosis. The whole process with Autism 360 has been a very positive one and I would highly recommend. We will be using their sister provider ADHD 360 for my sons recommend ADHD assessment.

I have recently had an autism assessment and got diagnosed with Autism-360 through the NHS. My experience with 360 was very professional Sophie who did my report was fantastic, and from start to finish i felt comfortable throughout, thank you all for your professionalism

The whole process was simple to follow. The assessors were all professional, kind, caring & patient, putting both myself and my child at ease.

We have recently had an autism assessment and diagnosis with Autism-360 via the NHS Right to Choose service for my teenage daughter. From being referred to receiving the diagnosis only took 6 months which compared to other options was very quick. Both Elina and Louiscia were very patient and understanding and we received very quick responses when contacting the office. The online portal was really easy to use. It was clear during both the parent and child assessments that my daughters history had been reviewed thoroughly which was very reassuring. During the feedback session we both had the opportunity to ask any questions we had. We look forward to receiving the report to show any adaptations that may benefit her. Very happy with the service we have received.

I am only at the referrals stage, so cannot comment on assessments, but I have been in contact with Matthieu from ASD 360 regarding my ASD referral and he has been extremely helpful - consistently timely, patient, knowledgeable, and supportive with replies. My GP made multiple mistakes with my referral and Matthieu's help was integral to helping me resolve issues and not lose hope in what was becoming a very stressful process.

Fabulous service under the NHS right to choose for two children.
Both underwent thorough assessments, with questionnaires and other evidence submitted, parental interviews, child ADOS assessments, then feedback appointments. The clinicians were lovely.
The reports were through and arrived very promptly. Special thanks to Sophie for completing our report super quickly for our EHCP review.

My Assesor Sophie was amazing, she made me feel like I didn’t have to mask and I was very comfortable to be more open with the entire assessment. I am truly greatful for Autism 360 and Sophie!

I contacted Autism 360 for an assessment after it was recommended to me that I should be assessed for autism. There is a lot to process which has been difficult personally but I cannot fault the Autism 360 staff and the psychologist who conducted my assessment. I really am very grateful - thank you. Fantastic service, very quick with getting assessments that fit round daily life. Everyone who I had communication with were lovely and great with listening, understanding and feedback to any questions or queries. Response via email is also very quick. Overall very pleasant with the service provided.

My whole experience with ASD-360 has been extremely positive from the start. Going into the assessment I was quite nervous since I was unsure about what it would entail, but my assessor Angela was very good at making me feel more comfortable and explaining everything thoroughly at my feedback session. She was able to pick up on small details about my communication which I wasn't even aware of, despite my high masking, to inform the diagnosis. Can't recommend this service enough!

Extremely simple. From initial interest to diagnosis all done within a month. A fully comprehensive report is also provided after diagnosis that is sent to both your GP and and yourself. Included in the package is a post diagnosis webiner which is a nice touch.

The whole process was easy to arrange; I was able to start the self-assessment section immediately after registering, and once completed I was able to book the actual assessment and choose dates and times that were only a few days in advance.

The assessment was professional and thorough, indeed running over the allotted time, and I was grateful that the practitioner Angela clearly had a care for my wellbeing as I was very nervous.

Every part of the process of ASD 360 has been wonderful. At every stage from just emailing somebody in the office, to video call for parents questions & lastly how ASD 360 adjusted to assessing our child. I would recommend this service to so many people.
