We have used ASE Autogates for a number of years to set up and to service our double gates at the rear of our property. They have always proved to be very reliable and adaptable and have tried to help out in terms of flexibility in setting dates to meet our requirements.
Excellent Service installing top of the range products - Works Completed as per the date and time requested to a High Standard - Competent Engineers and very informative. Highly Recommended.

ASE fitted an automatic opening door and large frontage for us. They were great start to finish. The minor teething problem was sorted quickly. Definitley reccomend

The gate had been fitted in 2010 and had not received much maintenance. It required the rusty inoperable gate override mechanism to be replaced
The drive motor on one gate also was inoperable
And while fitting upgraded motor parts he realised that one of the existing parts could not be transferred
He immediately left the job to collect parts from the workshop and returned to complete the job in the same day
The job was done efficiently from a professional technician

Promptness of service. Attention when required is almost always by the same engineer who knows the installation thoroughly over many years. This has enabled confidence to have been built up. Also, having a succession of appliances over the years and the build-up of experience in the firm over that time means I now have a better appliance in every way than any previous one. I wish the call-out fees were not so high. The reason I am not in the lowest-priced zone is because when I first became a customer there were far fewer firms doing this kind of work, but I have stayed with you rather than changing to a firm that might be nearer and less expensive. So something like a 'loyalty discount' would be welcome. Because of your consistent experience with my installation the occasional call-out, although urgent at the time, does not often involve much work. Alternatively an annual service plan at a lower price than the callout fee would encourage the continuity which is the main strength of our relationship.

Really quick service. Expert and friendly service. AH of AH mobility fitting was superb- even fitting me in quickly around his own hospital appointment! Cannot recommend highly enough.
I have had my electric gates serviced by this company for over three years. The engineer is always friendly and helpful and gives feedback and advice so that I feel confident they are being looked after properly. I have just taken out another 3 year deal contract, so that the fee remains the same for those years. Very happy to recommend.
