I bought a necklace that never arrived, I have contacted ashtoncolton and I’ve contacted the delivery company and haven’t heard back anything.

What an awful company. Their website states that you can return items, giving instructions of how to do so. I followed the instructions to the letter, returned the shoes I bought, and have heard nothing from them in three weeks, despite prompting them.
I have not only wasted the money on buying the shoes, but also the postage and so much time.
I would steer clear of this company.

Absolute shit company! Order never arrived, I have been chasing for over a week and radio silence. Save your money people and buy from somewhere else.

Scammers and are out to pinch people moneys. The bad reviews are definitely true!!!!

Do not buy from this company! Shoes took nearly a month to arrive - from China. The sizing was way out, so I did want to return them, but as other reviewers have mentioned, it is impossible to get in touch to find out the return procedure (as their policy tells you to do). I emailed them on several occasions but no response. The telephone number on the website does not connect - unsurprisingly! Hoping my bank is sympathetic to my stupidity at buying from this company!

DO NOT buy from this website. The items received were very poor quality, unbranded and in terrible packaging with no labels…. They arrived late and I’ve been trying to contact them to find out how I return and I’ve had no response. The products look completely different to the pictures and linen trousers only had 15% linen. Do NOT use them.

To ask to resend correct sizes but never get a response

I ordered a pair of shorts, they arrived late and too small. I have been emailing the company and had no response about returning the shorts (quality was awful aswell) The phone number is not connected. This is a dreadful company regret buying from them.

I orderd two linenn shirts 20/08/25 sized 3XL

what I recieved was two polyester shirts sized at best Large

I place my order with a company supposedly from Nottingham however my order came from China

I have emailed ashtoncolton.com = 6+ times todate to request a refund - as per there instructions on there web site

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Saw one of their products on google for a very good price and decided to risk it, I found out they are a up and coming brand and the only thing I would recommend is improving packaging to appeal to a wider audience but other than that order arrived very fast and also had no issues buying with them again. Website is very well structured and easy to use for someone at my age

I ordered from AshtonColton and was really impressed. The website was easy to use, delivery was quick & the packaging felt very high-end. The clothes look even better in person — elegant, well-made & stylish. Will definitely be buying again.

Had an amazing expeirence with ashton colton. fast replies and delivery took a few extra days but I contacted customer support and they sent out a replacement. just recieved it. very happy with the prompt delivery

I purchased trainers from this website and immediately had doubts about its legitimacy. The tracking number they provided directed me to download an unfamiliar app called "Shop," rather than letting me track my order directly. When I followed their own tracking link, it took me to a Chinese website, the order option they have in the website nothing has updated for over a week.

I’ve tried contacting them by email, but received no response at all. The lack of communication, the suspicious tracking process, and the fact that nothing is moving makes me feel like I’ve been scammed. Unfortunately, the review system doesn’t allow zero stars, but if it did, that’s what I would give.

I feel robbed, and I want to warn others to avoid this site.
Finally received the items, smells plastic. Really bad quality. Basically I lost the money because there is no point to return them 😔
The website looks really good but the quality of the product is really poor
