The doctor was great, but...
The doctor themselves were great. But the site itself is super misleading. The chat says it needs your credit card for only a $5 join fee, then charges you an additional $50 non-refundable membership fee. That was frustrating.

Foot pain
I had right foot surgery on March 27, 2026. On March 28, 2026 I started experiencing severe pain in my right foot after wearing the medical boot. My foot was hurting all day. I went home elevated and iced my foot with no relief. The medicine prescribed to me didn’t work. I was unsure if I should go to the hospital.
I came across Askadoctor website. I started chatting with a woman on the Askadoctor site. She immediately started asking questions about my health needs. She got a clear understanding of my situation and was informing the doctor. She assured me that she would connect me to the right provider. That’s exactly what happened. She connected me to an orthopedic foot doctor with 28 years of experience. The foot doctor told me exactly what to do prior to going to the hospital. The foot doctor informed me that my health situation was urgent. She explained why. I felt better about going to the hospital. I would use Askadoctor again with no hesitation. I also would refer my friends to this website for any health situation.
