The doctor that I spoke with understood my concerns. He offered me some advice that I haven’t received yet! I am eager to get started with his recommendations and report back to him how I am doing.

The cost was great speaking to someone in person was awesome. My only issue with using it was when I tried to use talk to text it was double typing

The fact that I got medication/ antibiotics made it worth while. I was losing my voice and the MD had a lovely I ndian accent making it dufficult to communicate. The program for entering all my information took a long time to navigate and I didn't do well with it but that's on me. I ended up with medication for aging at first but persisted and re-entered my info and got to the illness module. I selected what the doctor told me to do for duagnosis but it took 2 hours to get through and submit my request. I felt that it was cumbersome and when I initially talked to doctor he should have been able to take chief complaint, past history and allergies then make a determination and call the Rx. I have had a telemed in Birmingham Alabama that worked that way. You called left your name and sx, then a nurse called took your history and other information. With in 15 minutes a doctor called you, went over everything then called an RX. It was much better than this. Also it was 12 hours after I made the initial call before I got the antibiotics and I needed other medication than antibiotics. A doctort talking to you in real time not AI could determine this.

The Dr made possible for me to understand what I was told do . The next step was if things didn’t improve within the hour with Pepto-Bismol and Tylenol for her nauseous and her pain.
