Great store! Excellent product choice, and the only store I have found in UK to supply my favourite laundry brand! Easy to shop online, website easy to navigate and pay, speedy delivery, items safely wrapped, packed, boxed, overall very happy, a returning customer!

I had a very pleasant experience with this online store. The team is extremely professional and clearly cares about their customers. Whenever additional information is needed, they contact you promptly instead of making assumptions, which shows great attention to detail.
Communication is clear, friendly and efficient, and you really feel that your order matters to them. They are also very kind and helpful, which makes the whole shopping process stress-free and enjoyable.

First time ordering. Never again
First time ordering and the experience was messy. One of the products damaged a big chunk of the filler/ packaging of other items inside the parcel and created a big mess for me to clean. The customer service team seems to fight to the teeth for the bare minimum in a situation like this. A refund over 2 products i cant use anyway and a free delivery voucher for the mess created is not worth the hassle. Would not recommend this place.

As soon as you contacted us, we reviewed the situation and refunded in full the two products that were affected and could not be used. In addition, we offered a free delivery voucher as a gesture of goodwill, even though the damage occurred during transit and not due to the quality of the products themselves.
Our policy is to refund or replace the affected items, which we did promptly. Unfortunately, we cannot compensate beyond the value of the damaged products, but we always aim to be fair and consistent with all customers.
We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our packaging and processes going forward.

My first order and I am extremely impressed. Prompt delivery, the items are as described, the order was incredibly well packaged (it gave me the feeling of opening my grandma's packages but with a professional touch). I was reticent on paying the £10 delivery fee however it is worth it. It will not be my only order. Highly recommend A&S Market!
