3rd property - repeat business should make you feel comfortable
This is the third investment property that I have bought via Aspen Woolf. The key members that I dealt with were Ruzel for the sale & Georgina for the admin afterwards. Originally I wasn't going to purchase this property but after Ruzel went through the details without the hard sell he inspired me with confidence to proceed. Georgina was always contactable and was a good interface between all of the parties involved when questions were raised. I intend to deal with Aspen Woolf again.
Remember we are talking about investment properties costing £100K upwards and not which brand of toothpaste to buy so make sure that you have carried out your due diligence, however I have no hesitation in recommending the company, the service from their staff and the quality of their investment properties

Aspen Woolf have been highly professional and sincere in every step of the investment process. Tas was able to acutely identify, exactly the type of investment that would fit my needs and finances. All queries from start to end were answered objectively by all staff at Aspen Woolf. They keep spamming e-mail addresses obtained from WHOIS database which explicitly prohibit marketing activity. They rotate around different networks as the IP addresses get blocked.

Sold property keep posting on Rightmove
Those properties posted in Rightmove by this agent are unable to reach, i.e the agent gets your personal details when you contact them for the viewing of the property but they said it had been sold, even you set your searching criteria, they keep promoting the property on his own agenda.
The concerned property is still posting on Rightmove even today few months after my inquiry.

I can recommend Aspen Woolf for making purchasing a property off plan smooth and reassuring. I just purchased a flat in Sky Gardens and what could easily have been a daunting endeavour was such an easy process and this was down to the amazing efforts of Sol Khan and Anisha Patel.
Sol provided me with all the information and help i needed, and very patiently so, which led to my eventual purchase.
He then connected me with Anisha and she was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly...always keeping me posted on developments, liaising with the legal team for me, answering all my questions, silly and all, but respectfully and professionally.
I was nicely surprised by encountering not just 1 amazing person at Aspen Woolf but 2... their customer service skills are excellent. They for sure went over and beyond in my opinion, but I feel if you ask them, they'd say they were just doing their jobs. Their joy and passion to be connecting people with great properties really came across even though we've never met in person.
With Sol, after the initial sales decision was made, I was so comfortable and trusting of him, I was reluctant to deal with anyone else. So I asked if I could stay in touch if I had any questions and he very kindly agreed even though the next part of the process was to be looked after by a different team.
Then I met Anisha, and she was also a breath of fresh air.
I want to applaud Aspen Woolf for getting it so right with your team... if Sol and Anisha are a reflection of what the entire team is made of, then you've got a golden team.
Because of these 2, I would happily deal with Aspen Woolf for further purchases.
