After much deliberation and having had the opportunity to discuss with three different air source heat pump companies, I decided to go ahead with Heat Pump installation in my property by Assembly Renewables for their honesty and their intention to address the needs of the customers. The previous companies could not provide the assurance I was looking for in keeping my house warm at the height of winter as there is a high energy loss in my property. So far, it has worked well and has met my expectations, although we are not yet in the thickest of the winter. The Engineers were experts in their own field and completed the work with due diligence and on time. There was timely and active support from the management of the company all the time. I have been so impressed with their service that I have asked for further expansion of solar panel installation to meet my electricity energy needs in the future.

We reached out to Assembly Renewables last summer and following a conversation with the sales team, we agreed that they would install an air source heat pump for us. They were courteous, efficient, and pleasant throughout. The admin/support team back at the office responded promptly to our queries, and the installations manager responded outside normal hours when we had a hiccup with the system in the early days. So now we are considering the installation of a battery to optimise our solar panels, obviously we have contacted Assembly Renewables again. This is a company that understands what customer service - including after-sales service - actually means, and delivers!

Assembly Renewables supplied and fitted both solar panels and a heat pump for me. Their customer service and expertise at all stages of the process was excellent - making them stand out from other companies quoting for me. The installation was quick, clean and the fitters were professional and helpful. The 60 day check up was reassuring and very helpful - including guidance on making the most of different electricity supply tariffs in my particular situation. I would certainly recommend based on a very positive personal experience!

Assembly renewable made the whole process so straight forward from initial consultation to instillation of our heat pump and solar panels. They kept to time and worked efficiently in a professional friendly manner. Could not fault them and highly recommend. Our energy bills have now halved and we have become more aware of our energy usage and how best to manage.

A thorough appraisal of our property's design, heat loss and energy requirements

Although I wasn't able to proceed with installation of Assembly Renewables, PV panels, battery, Heat-pump, and other renewable energy products, I am very impressed with the company customer focused, ethos and marketing. A few months ago, I was committed to giving them my custom, sadly, my personal circumstances changed, and so reluctantly I have had to postpone my renewable energy installation. Mel and Liam (both company representatives I dealt with), were most understanding and helpful despite my change of circumstances. I have found their approach both refreshing, helpful and non-pressured, and I have confidence that they will be around for a lot longer than many of their competitors? They may not be the cheapest, but I am certain that their genuine customer-service, quality and post-sales set-up, and excellently long guarantees/warrantees, makes it worth it? When my circumstances improve, I fully intend to make them my first port of call for my custom. When that happens, I will be pleased to give a customer update in due course... Definitely worth checking them out!
