Absolutely happy with the service and the man on phone was spot on explaining everything to me thank you very much

I dread any phones calls to do with policys or life insurance. But I found John Morgan to be very helpful and was very easy to chat too and understand. He had a lovely personality which made the questions lot easier. He also assisted In helping my husband too. Very polite and friendly and make a refreshing change to talk to some one who was very easy to understand.
Glad I spoke to him and now feel peace of mind. Thank you ☺️

Alexander Di Bonito did an amazing job helping me to reduce my monthly policy and to take out critical cover as well. Both together was cheaper overall from what I was paying from my last provider.

Mr Adam Arrigan made it a fantastic experience he was so nice and friendly on the phone even though he was full of cold ( bless him ) it's not the nicest thing to talk about, your funeral and death but chatting today with Adam made me feel so comfortable it felt like double glazing he was selling not Insurance haha, also will be telling my friends about Assura Insurance as know they will swop over after told about my experience with yous today, so you need to give our Adam a raise he well deserves one after his professionism today
