Had a really good conversation with godwill today who went through all my options and explained everything to make sure I got the right cover and policy very polite and professional

I’m sick of telling theses stupid idiots to stop ringing me I’ve told them to take me off there system and they still ringing me all the time. I told one person at 12 this afternoon then they have rang me again just now I wouldn’t buy there product if it was free!!!

Really good experience today setting up my life insurance policy with firstly George & then Adil .
Both were very friendly , professional & made the process painless x

Mark Cinderby was absolutely a diamond today he was friendly and helpful with excellent customer service.
He explained everything clearly to me and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with everything he explained.
If everyone was like him it would be a wonderful world to live in.
