Client had wanted this particular product. We spend around £5000 with Assured . Customer service was terrible. Client had needed some extras, and we were just treated like a "take it or leave it attitude"
I would not buy from them again.

I ordered a product sample over a week ago and even received confirmation from the delivery company, yet nothing was delivered. There was absolutely no communication from the company regarding the delay or stock issue. Only after I called was I told the item was out of stock. When I asked why nobody informed me, I was told it was “mentioned on the website” that the product was out of stock, as if customers are expected to assume samples are unavailable too. No apology, no accountability, and very rude customer service over the phone. Extremely disappointing experience — I will not be ordering from them again and would not recommend them to others.

Up to this point I would have given the company a
5 star review but I have suddenly been deflated with the customer service I received after returning a product with the agreement of Assured Composite.
I was wrongly advised (not by Assured Composite) as to what type of decking joists I needed. I phoned the company and was told to submit an order online as to the correct parts & they would collect the incorrect joists & refund. All went smoothly & the delivery cost me £135. My original order was over a £1000.
When the refund came through I noticed I was £9.50 short of what I expected. I phoned the company up and was told it was a restocking fee which is in their T&C's and yes it was once I looked. I wasn't informed of this at the time and feel absolutely gutted as it wasn't as if I didn't place a more expensive order costing another £520 in total, hence the lorry had too come here anyway. If it was a one way transaction I could have understood a bit more.
Such a shame that this small amount has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not recommend them to anyone.

I like to do a lot of research before I buy products on line, especially when I intend to spend a lot of money. I was looking for a company that could supply cladding materials for our house. It needed a bit of a face lift and I wanted to do as much of the work myself, so the products needed to be easy to handle and fit. Before I made my choice I contacted several companies and requested samples. In the end I chose Assured Composite. The samples arrived quickly, they were competitive and they were very easy to deal with.

I would recommend you give them a try, if you need similar products. I cannot fault the service and the end result I achieved. Thank you to the team at Assured Composite.

Researched my options for composite decking suppliers and chose Assured Composite having read their website's installation guides/case studies/blogs and on receipt of their sample products (liked the colour, quality, finish).
Ordering was easy and was received in perfect condition shortly afterwards. Customer service/support was excellent when dealing with an issue.
I built a timber subframe (using products from a separate supplier) but referred to the guide provided by Assured.
Laying the actual deck (approx 5 x 3m) outside my garden office was not difficult following the guides and ensuring you used the advised tools. I did this on my own as a medium-level DIYer.
Very happy with the results and my family are pleasantly surprised (ie shocked) at how "professional" it has come up.
Can recommend to anyone considering a similar project.

Look / quality exceeded expectations. Builder commented how good they were Vs. Other jobs he has done. Service from Stef and Team was fantastic. Keen / available to help through ordering process. Would recommend to anyone (have already done so to family).

After getting samples of composite decking from several companies I decided to go with AC as they were local to me and the quality was very good. Right from the start I found everyone in the company to be very helpful and friendly and they were more than happy to give advice on laying the boards. Overall, the deck that I put down was 90 sq metres and it was very difficult to get the quantities correct. AC were more than happy to refund boards that I didn't need and collected them free of charge as I was close to their warehouse. My experience with the company was positive in all aspects and I am very happy with the quality of the decking that was supplied. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is planning to install a composite deck.

From the moment we called in unannounced to the local depot, everything went smoothly. We were replacing a wood deck with composite and I'm so glad we found a company locally that could help.
All work has a certain unkown quantity to it until you get started and it helped enormously that after the main order was placed and delivered, we were able to go back and get odd items as and when needed. Although we didn't need to use the service, you can also return items unused so long as they are in the same condition as they arrived in!

Used this company a few times without any problems. Good quality products at great prices delivered quickly. Definitely give them a try you won’t be disappointed 👍

Great customer service. I ordered the wrong screws and they called me before despatching and changed them.
Had some of the materials delivered late (external courier fault), sent it back and get refund straightaway. All solved in 3 days.

Great material as well, much better than expected. Easy to cut, sturdy and no need to worry about humidity.

Very happy with the service and products supplied by Assuredcomposite. The decking and joists were all good quality and the delivery drivers helped me unload one delivery and when I wasn't there unloaded for my wife who was.

This company have gone above and beyond. I needed to order some decking and was pre warned that the delivery might take a little bit longer than normal due to the current climate. This was totally understandable and reasonable as every building product I have on order has exactly the same issue. The thing I loved about Assured composite was the quality of the product, the exceptional customer service and phone manner. I was notified that my delivery would take place and they arrived within the time Window specified, I selected the 3-5 day delivery service and you get everything and more, the decking boards turned up immaculate, the driver asked where I wanted them and he helped me off load. I can’t thank the driver enough for all the help and advice something you do not see everyday from any company. I highly recommend using this company not only for product quality but also the way they handle every aspect from advising on products to the delivery the whole team need to be commended. Assured Composite's team was exceptional 👏 We had an order in from another company, however the day after it was supposed to arrive they told us it had been delayed by 7 weeks!

Thankfully we found Assured as we were able to get what we needed, it was better quality, delivered quickly and we managed to get it for a little bit under what we had quoted; so the client got a bit of money off the final bill!

Not only that, any questions I had I knew I could call and get an answer or advice. Also the internal communication was brilliant so I didn't have to call multiple people repeating myself; so I could get back to work.

Ordered 9 cladding boards from Assured Composite - initially I checked with them if collection of 9 boards was okay due to high delivery costs, to which they said this was fine. Order placed and TNT organised for ~1/6th the cost. Cladding delivered with 5 out of 9 boards broken, packaging was not adequate at all for how brittle these boards are (stacked together with one layer of bubble wrap, one layer of cardboard and black wrap around them. In my opinion these should be individually wrapped). No warning of high damage rates during delivery until after I had already placed the order with them, when I asked about this they simply replied "hence the reason me saying the high damage rate which occurs and hence why our shipping costs are what they are" - basically they expect some to be damaged upon delivery and they pass this cost on to their customers by charging a high delivery fee, that to me almost admits packaging / quality fault. They will not accept responsibility for this, nor will TNT since they signed for the delivery themselves due to COVID before I could check the package.

EDIT to AC's reply: you only advised no responsibility for 3rd party courier AFTER I had already checked this with you and placed the order - please re-check your own emails as you gave no warning prior to ordering so please do not falsify information. The boards should still have been appropriately packaged to provide adequate protection during transport, whether this is via yourselves or 3rd party courier. Individually packaging boards clearly is necessary due to high damage rates which you admitted yourselves. I'm also sure that having to throw away and replace 5 broken boards is a lot less environmentally friendly than a little extra packaging. There are plenty of recyclable void fill & cushioning options available.

EDIT 2: AC changed their reply from “I have looked into previous correspondence and before purchasing” to “I have looked into previous correspondence (calls and emails) and before purchasing” to cover themselves – I have never spoken to them on the phone and after requesting the evidence they are “more than happy to give” 3 times they have refused. Second time they have falsified information to mislead other potential customers. Completely untrustworthy.

EDIT 3: Regarding TNT price – I discussed the delivery with them and they agreed it was do-able, a longer vehicle was sent for collection at same price, 3.6m was the longest I could put when booking online. 1 month after delivery and AC now advised I should have said goods were non-stackable - again, no prior warning and vital information for when booking a courier. No warning labels on package.

Have used Assured for a few jobs now. The decking is top quality, easy to fit and looks great. I have several very happy customers and look forward to using these products again in the future. Delivery is fast, usually within a week, and the staff have been nothing but helpful and friendly.
