Astalty has been one of the best business systems I’ve used in my career. As an NDIS Support Coordination provider, I needed a CRM that was simple to use, reliable, and capable of managing participant records, reporting, case notes, invoicing, and compliance requirements without becoming overly complicated.
What stands out most is the customer support. The team is always quick to respond, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping users get the most from the platform. Being a local Australian company is an added bonus, as they understand the needs of NDIS providers.
The reporting functionality is excellent, allowing me to easily monitor participant budgets, support coordinator hours, and business performance. If you are looking for a program that has NDIS related features, this will work for you. The program does not have features to book people in for allied health appointments, but otherwise is great for the administrative side of things.
A great case management system
The platform is easy to use, suits NDIS work, and when you provide feedback on ways to improve the platform, often this feedback gets actioned.
Best decision to change
Since transitioning to Astalty from another program, the support has been exceptional. Whenever we suggest a new feature or function, the Support Team responds almost immediately - either wanting to understand how the feature would benefit users or letting us know that it's already being developed.
Having access to real people who are available to discuss the program and provide practical support is a huge advantage.
