I’ve booked multiple cruises through AST Travel, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Over the past few years, they’ve helped me plan unforgettable cruises to Iceland and the UK (2024), the Caribbean (2025), Japan (2025), and Greece, Turkey, and Malta (2026).

From the very beginning, Lena and her team took care of every detail - from the reservation process and refundable deposit options to onboard accommodations and practical travel advice. Before our trip to Japan, for example, Lena reminded us to bring documentation for our prescription medications, something we wouldn’t have thought of ourselves.

She provides all the information you need before your trip and is always quick to respond if you have last-minute questions. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care make traveling completely stress-free.

I wouldn’t trust my family vacations with anyone else. I highly recommend AST Travel to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and caring travel agency.

I worked with AST travel Agency as a travel agent for approximately two years.
When I joined, I paid a $300 registration fee. My understanding of the agreement was that a 30-day written notice period applied to ending the relationship. I received written communication stating that the working relationship "has ended," which I understood as ending our working relationship.
Around that time, before what l understood to be the end of the 30-day notice period, I experienced changes to my access to certain agent communication channels and travel-related resources.
I requested reimbursement of my registration fee because I believed the termination process did not follow the notice terms of our agreement. The company declined my request.
During my time working with the company, I encountered communications that I considered unprofessional, including the use of profanity during work-related discussions. I found the management style and communication processes to be disorganized, which made expectations and communication difficult to navigate.
I recommend that anyone considering joining this agency carefully review all written agreements, fees, access expectations, and termination terms before entering into a similar business relationship.
Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend working with this agency without first fully understanding all terms and expectations.

I bought family vacation on a cruise from this agency. We sailed on Royal Caribbean Independence of the Seas, with two stops in Cayman Island and Cozumel, Mexico. The price Elena found was lower than I could find myself. She also suggested insurance options. It was my first time on a cruise and it was good to get everything organized for me and my family. It saved a lot of time for me as a working mom. The cruise itself was amazing for the family vacation, my 4 years old loved the aquanauts club and water slides, also unlimited ice cream. Myself I loved the entertainment and resting while my boy enjoyed aquanauts club activities.lol. Food was unlimited and tasty, I would say 9/10.
