We contacted ASW Pest Control for removal of squirrels and a wasp nest. From the first call this company has been fantastic and super helpful. Within 24 hours we had Simon out to visit us who was nothing short of incredible. We had used two different pest control companies in the past that told us there was a bird in the loft. Simon done a full inspection, confirmed a plan and provided much needed reassurance that he will resolve our issues. 5x visits carried out in total and Simon gave me the choice of time, he was prompt for every one which meant it didn’t impact on my work schedule. I have spent months having disturbed nights & was debating selling our house. Within 3 days Simon resolved our pest issues, provided clear guidance on what we required to do to seal the loft space and continued to visit for reassurance for me for up to the full 5 visits. I highly recommend ASW Pest Control and have found their service faultless. Reasonably priced in the market and a very friendly, helpful and kind team. Thank you so much for returning our house to us Simon. I vow I will never recommend another pest control company other than ASW going forth!

The mouse man was prompt and cheerful. He used covers on his shoes without being asked. He soon got down to the job I employed him for - mouse in pantry😱😱 He cleared out the goods and packets that the mouse had chewed and put them into a black bag to throw away and advised me to use antibacterial wipes on the shelves. He put down 3 containers with bait in where he thought the mouse was running. Coming back twice more to check on what is happening. Very conscientious and explained everything in plain language. Would certainly recommend this company. By the way, the bait seems to have been nibbled, hooray.

We found a LARGE hornet's nest outside our lounge window on a Sunday. I messaged ASW that same day, hoping that someone would get back to me when Monday came. Less than an hour after sending the message, though, Jamie Hallett replied, said that ASW could help and that a technician would contact me on Monday to arrange a visit. Rob Budgell phoned me the following morning, just after 8 and arranged to come that morning. He arrived exactly when he said he would, spent a good time explaining what he'd do to resolve the hornet problem and then did a superb job of doing just that. Within 3 hours, the huge number of hornets was reduced to.....zero.

Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. I have no hesitation in recommending this excellent firm. Not just because of what they say, or do, but because of how they made me feel throughout the experience. Confident that they would help, convinced that I had been listened to - and treated with such respect and friendliness by Bob when he came.

The operator from ASW Pest Control visited the following day after our request. He correctly diagnosed that there were wasp and hornets within the wall cavity and dealt with the problem very effectively. The price was very reasonable. Many thanks.

This company were brilliant. I had a bedroom full of wasps, that had chewed their way through my ceiling. The council told me they couldn't help until a week and a half time. These guys were out in 45 mins, treated and gone again in less than an hour. Great friendly service, thank goodness for companies like this, they saved the day! Thank you.

The hornets were blasted with powder on the ridge of my roof with a long pole so Adam was easily able to access the site at a distance without ladders or scaffolding. The job was complete in 15 minutes

ASW is a very professional company. We contacted them regarding a bed bug issue and they sent their technician very promptly. Rob was very kind and knowledgeable and gave us a very straightforward and well informed judgement of how best to proceed. With his help and experience we were able to successfully treat the apartment and have not seen any bed bugs since. Would recommend!

I had a problem with a hornets nest in my garden and was very keen to get rid of it. We contacted ASW in the evening and they repsonded almost immediately with the promise of a phonecall the following morning to arrange a visit.
