Ordered a new painted wing mirror on a Monday and received it within 5 days. Paint matched perfectly and looks like original. Awesome service and would highly recommend and wouldn't think twice about using these guys again

Needed a wing ming cover for my car ordered on a Thursday came by Monday, brilliant service fast and easy!

I needed a new matt silver wing mirror cap for my 14 year old Leon and this was the only site that sold it already painted in the correct colour. Came in a few days, fit perfectly, and the colour matched the other wing mirror.

Great. Turned up right part

Had the part I was looking for, and when the courier screwed up delivery, they were helpful and communicative and sent out a replacement immediately. Great service.

I ordered a wing mirror cover through their website. Whilst it did not arrive quite when I had anticipated, the customer support was very well received. My query was answered quickly and I felt the person on the other end was willing, helpful and ensured my order was fulfilled. I have now received the part and it was as expected, fitting perfectly onto my vehicle.

Where do I start
My orders arrived very early compared to what I was expecting, I'm very happy with the quality and the swift reply with any questions I had.
With some of the reviews I was very hesitant in ordering but I can confidently say I will only be ordering from here in the future.
I hope you have more orders your way as you definitely are deserving of them!

The drivers side mirror cover I ordered fitted perfectly. Any delivery queries were replied to within the hour. Very happy. Thank you

Excellent customer service from ASY Auto Parts! Would always recommend them!

Couldn't be happier with both the service and the product.
I would have no hesitation in using ASY Autoparts for future purchases.
Thank you very much for your honesty and product description.

Kind regards,
Ian.

Very disappointing service! I haven't had my item or had any infomation / communication regarding my order. Have tried calling two different numbers and email but had no response. I have now had to start a PayPal claim to get my money back. Avoid this company!

Edit-First of all it had a banner saying you were away until 10th July on your website that's why I ordered. You gave me the inpression it had been sent out then but are now basically admitting here it hadn't been as you were away. This seller kept asking me to remove my bad review but wouldn't refund the money until I got extremely angry so you're more the blackmailer not me!. He offered NO proof of tracking at all (I think the part was never sent and it now all seems to confim this). I did call you twice and left a voicemail, you were never blackmailed you offered to send out another part but it would have been weeks of waiting again, I had enough of all the excuses. This guy has more spin than a merry go round.

BMWi3 Mirror cap. This was a great service, a better price, came painted in the stipulated car colour (BMW provide in only undercoated form). Very good communication with ASY and all delivered in a good time frame. Thank You!
