Milano Corso Garibaldi, due commesse antipatiche e scortesi non hanno voluto saldare il mio bracciale precedentemente tagliato per un intervento ospedaliero. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno.

Acquistato un bracciale essenziale spacciato per "garantito a vita". Al primo problema dopo più passaggi in negozio e contatti con il customer service, mi è stata fatta la proposta imbarazzante di pagare per convertire il bracciale in un charme. Allucinante.

Fatto acquisto online di un anello incassato i soldi e a distanza di una settimana nemmeno una conferma dell’ordine. Provato a scrivere sia whatsapp sia mail ma dopo 24 h ancora nessuna risposta. Spero di non dovermi rivolgere alle autorità per avere almeno un rimborso. Assolutamente sconsigliato

I’ve had the absolute worst experience with Atelier VM. I ordered a ring for £180, but never even received it because it’s been stuck at customs due to unexpected charges. When I found out that I would need to pay an additional £47 in customs fees, I was furious—these fees weren’t disclosed clearly at checkout.

While I understand customs charges are inevitable, there’s absolutely no reason why this wasn’t made clear during the purchase process, especially for UK customers. Hiding this information in the FAQ (which no one reads) and burying it in small print during checkout is completely unacceptable. You should be notifying customers during payment that customs charges will apply. If you’re offering free delivery, these fees should either be included in the cost or made abundantly clear upfront.

But that’s not even the worst part. I reached out to Atelier VM multiple times via email and WhatsApp to resolve the issue and get help with the customs situation. They ignored my email and their WhatsApp responses took days, and when they did finally reply, it was unhelpful and dismissive.

Now, I’m stuck in a position where I’ve paid £180 for a ring I haven’t even received yet, and if I want to return it, I’ll be charged a £25 return fee. Either way, I’m out money for a product I never should have had to pay extra for in the first place.

Atelier VM’s customer service is an absolute joke. They have no respect for their customers, and it’s clear they care more about profit than providing a good shopping experience. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. Their lack of transparency and terrible customer support has cost them a customer for life.

Bracciale molto caro che si stacca facilmente. Poi fuori garanzia per saldarlo bisogna pagare uno sproposito. Sconsigliato.

Bracciale iconico l’essenziale. Sistematici problemi nel pagamento online.
Ho provato tre volte ad acquistare il bracciale iconico saldato e per ben tre volte la transazione è andata a buon fine con tanto di addebito sulla carta (con due metodi di pagamento diversi peraltro) e per ben tre volte ho ricevuto il messaggio di errore sull’ordine. Ho ricevuto il rimborso, ma alla fine ho optato per un altro marchio. Pessimi!
