I wish I had checked trust pilots before ordering my deep sleep gummies. Its been 3weeks and I have not received any acknowledgement or confirmation of order let alone my orders (£35.98). No one is responding to my emails.

Is it a Scammer company?

Don’t buy from this company it’s a scam,still waiting for a product which will never arrive. I wish I read the reviews before ordering 🤬🤬

If I could give this company a negative score I would. I have been messaging customer service for a month on an order that was NEVER received. I have reached out to the post office and nothing. They are waging their hands of the matter. Going forward if an item is for sale by this company I will find it elsewhere! I would suggest any other person to do the same.

Their products are of inferior quality and do not perform as shown in their videos on Snapchat and other forms of social media. Trying to then obtain a full refund is almost impossible as you go into a negotiation of how much the company will refund you in order to keep their useless products. I eventually agreed to their $14 refund. Please do not purchase from this place!

I ordered the gnome advent calendar in August when they came out received at the end of September, so almost a month later after getting q fake tracking number. Started opening the days at of October 1 and only got one gnome the rest have been Halloween figures so I opened the rest of the days to still see Halloween figures no gnome but in day 1
Never again. And the company will nkt respond to emails

If i could i would give this company a negative number but unfortunately i can't. I placed an order August 20, 2025 and still have not received it, its almost October. Reached out to their customer support and I've been given phone numbers and I've been told my item were delivered. My local post office had not received anything and do not handle packages that start with tracking number ZA. Reached out, stated I wanted my money back and they have sent an email saying the following

"Dear customer,

We are sorry for making you wait so long,

After verification, we found that the delivery address was correct. Please understand that since we have submitted the correct address to the carrier and arranged for delivery, this situation is not within our compensation scope. Please try to contact your local logistics provider or post office, maybe the courier has trouble delivering your package at the end.

This is the 5th email sent and received. I absolutely discourage anyone to buy from this company. Will be filing a theft claim with my bank.

Horrible, cheaply made bra. Terrible customer service - took 2 months to ship and now they won’t take it back. It comes from China and is just the worst bra ever. Absolutely no support, it’s strangely made. Don’t buy from here!

Another appaling experience from this company. I ordered an item which stated 90 day 100% money back guarantee if you are not satisfied. Well I wasn’t satisfied so I contacted them to arrange return and refund. They offered me 10 dollars for a £46 order. They told me it would cost me more than this to return it and they would not refund until the item had been received. I’ve reported it as fraud to my credit card company so hopefully they can get the refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

6) RESALE VALUE OF MY CAR BOTTOMED OUT NOW BECAUSE OF THE CORROSION.
7) I LIVE NEAR THE OCEAN, AND CAN'T REMOVE RUST FROM ANYTHING NOW.
8) INVESTED IN LASER CORROSION REMOVAL TECHNOLOGY BY DENALIWELD.
9) LASER TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT FAILED WITH EQUIPMENT ISSUES. UNDER WARRANTY.
10) IM COMING FOR YOU BOTH NOW - JUST LIKE THE RUST CORROSION IS COMING FOR ME !!!

Absolutely horrible experience and should not exist. Do not provide a reasonable solution to their mistakes and refuses to refund you your money or give you the right product. Will tell you that there is no point in them sending you their return details cause it’s gonna cost you money to return the products and that you should just take their offer which they offered 18usd for a $100aud order. Absolutely disgusting.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!

The concept of the the product,Body Coverage Perfector, is good, but the product did not work for me as expected. In order for it to hide the blemishes on my legs, I would have to put it on very thick, which is uncomfortable. When I requested a return shortly after I received the product and tried it, they sent me instructions of what they required. I followed the instructions and it still took a couple of weeks before they were willing to settle at all. My only choice was a refund of $11. It also took a very long time to receive the item.

I ordered the old man mask with the moustache on the advert. It has what looks like real hair what I got was a plastic imitation. Absolute rubbish does not fit. It’s made for someone with a giant head. I’ve thrown it straight in the bin. What a waste of time this company is ripping people off. They should not be allowed to sell stuff to people in the UK or anywhere in the world. It’s a shame when you’ve got to give them stars it doesn’t go minus way as well, red stars. from what I’ve read very very poor products in all aspects.

Actually rate them at -10 but there is no option for that. Ordered $40 of stuff. When I received my order a month later it was not what I was expecting. Requested a full refund and they first offered me $7 I declined that offer. Then they come back and offer me $14. They told me it would cost me a lot of time and money to return the item. Well they were right about costing time and money as I now have wasted a lot of both.
BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT BUY THINGS FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CROOKS AND DONT CARE.

If I could, I would give them a zero. Buyer beware they’d like to email you back-and-forth and say customer so sorry. I’m actually reversing the charges. It’s a cat mouse game the device or the wheel that they’re selling is garbage.

I ordered the Body Coverage Perfector. It's a product that almost gives you a tan but is for covering up imperfections on the skin. The product is horrible and doesn't do what it says. I ordered the lightest color and it is still super orange. I have emailed multiple times and still haven't heard back. I can't find a proper phone number either. As of this point I'm going to go through my bank and try to get my money back.

Ordered 4weeks ago still not received the item. Contacted yodel they said they also haven't received the item.
I feel like I have been scammed
Do not use this company
I guess I should have known better
