For months now I have been trying to get help with my Legends Gamer Pro and pinball pack I can no longer access.
I have opened 4 support tickets at this point, each time explaining in thorough detail what my issue is, and attaching pictures of everything - screens, receipts, serial numbers, errors etc.
Each time I get a canned response a few days later and when I reply back my ticket gets closed.
I’m trying so hard to remain patient, calm and kind, but I’m getting pushed to the end of my rope. The issue I’m having would be incredibly simple to fix on AtGames end. Literally all I need is for you to send me a new download code for my purchased pinball pack.
My issue is as follows. My device is connected to the internet, I am logged into my account on the device, and my device is updated to the latest firmware, yet I cannot access the pinball pack I paid money for. There is no option to re download them from My Digital Locker nor the AppStoreX, and selecting the corresponding pinball pack (Taito pack 3) nothing happens. When I select offline mode I get an error telling me I have no games/packs. I have a brand new 64GB Sandisk Ultra formatted and mounted to the core. I have tried and exhausted every possible option to download and or play my paid pinball pack short of AtGames sending me a new code/license.

Customer service (don't think they have any) is a joke. Purchase my 4K Jurassic Park table and received in 8/18. Purchased the pinball.net service at $135 annually and have never been able to use it. It's now 10/3 and it hasn't worked once. I have two tickets in to support and they do not respond at all. Please save your money. The negative reviews are legit. Wish I would have seen them prior.
On 09/06/25, I purchased an AtGames Addams Family pinball machine from SAMS. I received it a few days later. The machine would not allow me to complete the registration process, because there is a screen where they want you to enter the ATGAMES or the KOHLS PO# to proceed. I purchased the machine from SAMS and not ATGAMES or KOHLS, so the machine stayed locked on that screen. The machine would not accept the SAMS PO# for verification and would not allow me to proceed. I was stuck with a new machine with no way to play. I submitted a TICKET to AtGames. After several days, they requested my UUID# to fix the problem. I provided it. The next day, they told me it was now fixed, and I could register and play the machine. They closed the ticket. I tried, once again, to register . . . AND . . . It was not fixed. I submitted another TICKET to alert them of the machine NOT being fixed. After a few more days, they just were no longer going to address my problem. I was ignored. Then, they closed out the second ticket without even a response. The ONLY way to communicate with AtGames is through the submitted ticket process, so I submitted a 3rd ticket. It was closed out and I weas ignored again. On 09/16/25, I returned the game back to SAMS. IN MY EXPERIENCE WITH ATGAMES, THEY WILL NOT FIX THEIR PROBLEMS WITH THEIR MACHINES AND WILL JUST IGNORE YOU.
Disgusting..DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK DETAILS..I subscribed to a service for my AT Games pinball and I can't use it as I cannot log on to their servers.
Secondly I unsubscribed twice and they continue taking my money, £40 pounds now to be exact. Impossible to contact them.
I hope I have more luck cancelling via my bank.
This is theft..
I purchased a gaming system.. within 12 hours i needed to adjust the order and they refused to help and shipped as is. Told me any modifications are too late and i would have to pay to ship item back. Service was very condescending and no compassion.. If there was a way to lower this score i would. Game system came and item was in poor condition right outside of the box.. looks like a used system ( someone returned) It's too ship back this is santas big gift for the kids.
so disappointed.. .company doe not care one bit.. I'd stay away from buying from them
I bought the Atgames Legends Pinball 3 weeks ago from Sam's Club and was very pleased with the product. My problem now is that while playing the machine the plunger just slid right out and fell on the floor. After inspecting the plunger it looks to have a threaded end that it would most likely screw on to another piece. I put it back in the slot and tried to screw it back on but had no luck. I contacted customer support by the form that they make available on their website but have had no response. This is very frustrating with it being so new and also they do not have a phone number for customer support where somebody probably could walk me through on how to fix it myself. I'm very disappointed and if I had to do all over again I probably would rethink my purchase.
I bought an used cabinet and it all quality. I have a ton of funs on it with my friends. They even create online tournement with the highscores from certains games from all the connected cabinets from their customers around the world
