John did a fantastic Crisis training. It was very relevant to our product. The desktop exercise was the most interesting. The training has highlighted gaps in our plan that will now be addressed.

Really thorough crisis management training session - the trainer had so much relevant experience.

John Telfer gave an insightful and stimulating session on incident management. His first hand experience of managing major travel incidents throughout his career gave his training enhanced impact and credibility. Down to earth, practical advice on what to do to look after your clients, partners, staff and company reputation during a crisis.

This was a very informative workshop for all our tour leaders in crisis management, reminding us about the important role we all play when incidents do occur, but also how we can reduce the probability of one happening. It was a great reminder for our whole team about best practices, tailored to our needs.

The team were pleasant, competent and easy to work with. All deadlines were met and they worked with me to suit my schedule. All in all a good experience.

Effective crisis workshop

We held a 3 hour crisis workshop which put our team through their paces. Well run and very useful.

Super training, very tailored to our needs and excellent delivery. We do our training annually and very satisfied with the great service and attention to detail of the whole team. We run summer camps and have changing staff and revisit this training each year.
