After posting a negative review, I got an email with some apologies and a statement that a complete refund was in process,cause I asked for it, a few weeks ago.

Quick, knowledgeable, and efficient follow-up after reporting a problem with a product of theirs.

Total positive experience with this company. They stayed in constant communication with me every time I had a question. Sometimes ordering online can be a little bit tricky and they responded each and every time. And of course I chose the wrong size and they immediately communicated and is sending me a new pair. And they have stayed in constant communication on this as well. I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times.

Ordered 2 pair of mens shoes sent same size and said they were SHARED sizes and only came in 1/2 differences but would be happy to send me a replacement pair a size smaller for 1/2 price plus shipping! They don't list shipping fee but to China I'm sure it is 20-30 $...this isnt my 1st time ordering something advertised on Facebook and been scammed with a bad product. I've learned my lesson but it is a shame the Facebook has turned into such a site that is nothing but fake news and fake advertising maybe Zuck should just sell it to China since they monopolize it anyway!

Terrible customer service. Several emails sent to them for exchange of shoes. No help whatsoever!!!!

The size shoe they shipped was too large. Their size 11 is bigger than most. According to their website, they accept returns within 30 days. In my case, I was looking for an exchange for the next size smaller. They sent me an initial email asking for the 2 digit number on the bottom of the shoe which I sent them. Since then it has been over a week and just crickets. I'm guessing I will not hear from them and I am stuck with a pair of shoes that do not fit.

This company does not honor their return policy listed on website. Sent wrong size and told me it was correct. Stated they go by their "own sizing", not what is listed on the website "i.e. global standard of sizing UK and European". Atlacoast makes it difficult to return items. Customer must pay extra money to replace item even though it was the wrong item. To return and get refund, customer must send to international address in China and cost is expensive.

I had some problems with this company and left very negative review, complaining about the customer service and shoes itself.
But suddenly I got a proper response with apologies and full refund. Atlacoast even offered me a goodwill gesture to send me a pair of mesh slip-on shoes.
This is how a real customer service should acting and this is the response from a respectful company.
