I had a very disappointing experience with ATL Money Transfer. I initiated a transaction on June 10, sent the money, and everything seemed fine. But days later, I was shocked to find out that the transaction had been cancelled without any explanation.

I contacted support and attached proof of payment, but I’ve received no proper response or resolution. This raises serious concerns about the transparency and reliability of this service.

If you’re considering using ATL Money Transfer, I strongly advise caution. I feel scammed and I don’t want others to go through the same frustration and financial loss.

I hope they address this issue publicly and take responsibility.

Has not been working for two weeks or more they have not responded with refunds. They have not sent notification to anyone explaining there is issues. have completely ignored all the customers. Have not given explanations whether they are in business or they have shut the business

Yes i get it they payout fast but my account has been under review for more than 2 weeks i send complains and no one responds

J’ai effectué un virement depuis lundi dernier et toujours rien, malgré deux mails pour réclamation.
J’ai finis par les appeler et là on me dit argent non réceptionné, puis après on me rappelle pour me dire que c’est bon mais qu’il manque ma pièce d’identité pour valider le paiement.
Je ne comprends pas !!!
J’ai demandé le remboursement…

I DO NOT RECOMMEND RUN!!! Do not use this service please. Their customer service is non existent. They parade themselves as a fintech but are nothing more than a glorified street money changer. I used their services twice both times were awful. I had to verify my documents twice for one transaction. They also do not reach out to you when something is amiss. Staff is very rude and uncouth. One of them screamed at me; the effrontery. It takes so much time to get your money.. it is not an automated process. One Richard manually transfers it to you. Meaning if he is indisposed you won't get your money. I cannot explain to you how terrible their services are.

Trust pilot this guys shouldn't be verified on your platform because it will tarnish your credibility. I made a transfer to cameroon all my documents has been approved and accepted by them,but they cancelled the transaction.let them refund my money no one is responding either their customer care or email have responded go me.they are scammer

I was told to put my NIN after transferring money to them to send out. now I've put it in & they telling me to put My NIN Expiry date. But we all know NIN has no expiry date.

Please they should transfer my money to India 🇮🇳 its been a while I paid this money and it hasn't been sent out. There's no customer care, if you call them they won't pick. I've sent out mail to them, no reply.

They send me money and a week now I haven’t received

They are normally good until your bank changes your card. Didn't they know that bank changes cards due to expiry, safety etc. So if you change card 6 times a year you have to be sending your selfie holding your card as if you are a criminal. How reasonable is that. Who else does that? 2 days after they are still compliance after so many criminal photos. They don’t even know loyalty as I have been using them for years. Shouldn’t their compliance be done before the money is taken so you have the choice to use somewhere else? Common sense wasn’t applied in this instance. Day 3, no apology, no email that my photo has been verified and the recipient need the money urgently.

My transaction - 240202088 which I initiated on the 2nd of February 2024 for funds transfer to Senegal is pending till now.
This I believe has taken longer than it should.

A transfer for 950Euros was made to my Nigerian bank account from Qatar over 48 hours ago and i am yet to receive the funds in my account even after the sender was debited. I have called customer service over and over again because they have not responded to my two mails and I'm not finding the cost of international calls funny at all.

Took money. Refused my identity and blocked the money. Asked for another identity method which i supplied but they did not respond. The online chat do not answer and i am not wasting international call on them. Plus email does not respond

when ATLmoney was having a few costumers we are told that their service was so great, let's give them time to resolve the ongoing problems. So we can also benefit from their services of cross border transactions.

You have been doing well but lately, you have not impressed me, you cancelled my transfer. I sent money to my recipient for 2weeks you did not deliver my transfer yet you cancelled my order, what is wrong.
