This company is a scam! My order never arrived. The tracking number that they provided never worked!
The customer support email it's a robot message with always the same reply...
I wasted 100 CAD! 😕

I’m very disappointed in the items I received. I ordered 3 different shirts and was not satisfied with the quality. Wasn’t allowed to return. Like what company doesn’t allow a return for a refund or credit...I wore one shirt then washed it and that’s when I realized it wasn’t what I expected after one wash. I’ll never order from here again!!!! 😡

I finally receive the package.
I am really happy about the product.
But the shipment takes too long, for almost 2 months.
I assume this is due to COVID

The quality is good and the size info is correct.

Save your money!!!!The worst company I have ever dealt with. Customer service is a nightmare. The sweaters I ordered are not what is shown, very poor quality and some look like they have been worn. Do not waste your money!!!!Buy somewhere else but not on this web site!!! I would give them a -10 for review if I could.

This company is awful to deal with, not only did it take 2 months to receive my order, when it did arrive, the sizing, colors and fabric were not as advertised. The items I received had no tags indicating size, fabric or care instructions. When I contacted Atritz to arrange a return, they refused to do it. Thank goodness for PayPal, once I explained what happened and sent photos, they immediately refunded me.

I really like the clothing, however the shipment took a very long time.

Terrible product, not as described. Sizes are off and are not equivalent to their website size chart, the fabric is not cotton blended but cheap polyester. The 3 tops I ordered are missing the MANDATORY tag with information about fabric, washing instructions, etc. Parcel arrive late of course without any invoice. I tried to get in contact for a refund and there is zero response.

I love my blouses, but it took forever to arrive but that was out of their control.

very happy except for the size. they need to be sent back and i want them reordered but i need them in 2XL instead. So they are undersized. I always wear an XL top. but these are just too small. but i really like them so i want them to be reordered. Please advise how to ship these back and get the right size.

This one star is still too high. I ordered over a hundred dollars of clothes and when they finally came, the quality was so poor. Didn’t even look like the same clothes I ordered. They had me take pictures and send to them. They claimed that if the quality was bad, they did not want them back but they would give me $5 refund. I declined and then they attempted to refund me $9 and finally $20 was their final offer. I told them to forget it. Scammers for sure!

This company is a scam! I purchased 4 shirts..all garbage ! Polyester and junk...SAVE YOUR MONEY!! BUY ELSEWHERE. I even took pictures and sent them and they accused me of changing the photography colors. Biggest scam yet..don't be fooled. What you order will NOT be what you get and they refuse to refund. Claim their stuff comes from NYC..mine came from China and is complete crap. Not even good enough for a rag!

Do not order anything from Atritz Fashion! Do not waste your hard earned money on this disgusting and unethical company. I would remove stars from their rating if I could and only gave one star because I can’t provide feedback if I don’t. Guaranteed all positive reviews have been manipulated and are 100 percent fake!!
Do not order anything from Atritz! Ever! Even if you think it looks nice, I can guarantee you it won’t be. This company is a nightmare to deal with, their clothes are not as advertised and of the cheapest quality.
My parcel arrived two months after the order was placed and while I based my order on their measurement scale nothing fit, some had holes in it and the actual items were not as shown online. Cheap material. When I attempted to return they said the shipping costs were not worth the return and would give me a $19 discount. I responded stating this was unacceptable and reminded them they advertise easy returns and that I wanted a full refund of the almost $200 USD spent. They declined my return and refused to provide an address stating I would never pay to return the items because the cost to return to Dubai is astronomical and as a last offer they would discount $39. This is how they get you - it will cost me over 100 dollars to send back so they hope I will keep it and accept the discount. I sent one last email in attempt for them to correct and if not I will pay the money to return (If they will ever provide the address). I’d rather give $$$$ to the postal service instead of this dead beat shady company. Beyond frustrated!! Again, Don’t waste your hard earned money on this disgusting, unethical company.

When I went into Atritz, I was approach by one of your sales associates, they asked me if I needed any assistance. They helped me pick out the 3 items I was looking for and suggested the size. I bought the three items and everyone's fit perfectly. I was in & out of the store within 10 minutes. Fast, friendly, courteous & knowledgeable service.

I love my outfit but it took too long to arrive.

This is the worse site I have every seen. It took more than 2 months to get to me, the sizing was off - no refund or exchange - the quality of craftsmanship is terrible - knock-off of what the model is wearing. They do not stand behind their items - the only post positive reviews that they likely write themselves....stay clear of this scam!

Ordered a top that looks beautiful online and can't return it eventhough what I received is ugly. There is enough of a difference between the two items that it can't just be blamed on "discoloration". Do not order from this company they have horrible customer service.

I have no choice! I had to choose one star out of five! These rip off artists don’t deserve one!!! Both tops I received were damaged. One had a box cutter type slit in the blouse yet the package it came is was perfect! Hmmmm... The second sweater had 2 holes in it that were really big. Again the package was not damaged! PLEASE PEOPLE!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY! THEY DO NOT REFUND YOU!!!

These are horrible cheap clothes.
Nothing like as advertised.
And they will not allow me to return!
Save you money!
It’s like Chinese dollar store crap!
