Ive reaced out to the email provided in my order confirmation and the email listed on their website for four straight weeks now and havent heard a response yet.
The contract email that is provided in the order confirmation page rejects all mail.
One of my orders arrived completely destroyed. It looks like it was run over by a truck, left out in the rain.
Another arrived with a few sleeve splits.
In addition to the aforementioned issues I recieved three different import charges from FedEx, nearly $90 in total!?!
I've asked for copies of the International Air Waybill and or copies of the Commercial Invoices that were submitted to FedEx when these orders were shipped. Vinyl is tariff free, so ATM used the wrong HS Tarrif code when they shipped it and I'm getting hit with massive fees.
I then reached out to their Instagram. Someone acknowledged that they recieved my message, I explained the situation, they read the complaint on Wednesday but never followed up.
Absolutely one of the most unprofessional companies I've ever dealt with.
