Amazing!!!! It has been a great experience for us as a couple. It is fun and even helpful to get my husband clean the floor and make me massages in some fun activities. Love it!

A real let down. We took a chance as we couldn't find any examples of the adventures. We gifted this book to our kids for Christmas to spark some fun family days. When it was time for our first adventure we scratched an adventure that prompted knocking on other peoples doors (stranger danger)x we ended up thinking of something to do ourselves.

Parcel never arrived, reported several times and the customer service team didn’t ever get in contact. They have the sales and marketing sorted but the customer service is awful! Don’t buy from them!

Didn’t arrive, tracking number provided didn’t work. Contacted support twice got no response. Scammed

I haven't received my order

Has not arrived. No tracking updates.

Update: it did arrive but took many weeks and didn’t get it in time for Christmas. With no tracking we had no idea whether it was going to arrive in time.

Super fast postage and great communication

Shipping took forever. I emailed them twice chasing it up and it took 16 days to get any reply - after Christmas. Not good enough

Still not received and I’m getting surveys to rate product???? Tracking of shipment doesn’t even work

The friends we gave this too loved it and were excited to give it ago. I was disappointed it wasn’t boxed like others I’d seen but other than that all good. I will definitely buy again for gifts.

Only one book arrived out of two and I haven't received any email response regarding the where abouts of the missing book. Have emailed various times. Poor customer service

Company doesn't respond to emails, item not tracking. Poor all around.
Christmas gift missing with no time to replace.

Two stars as the product itself is great, made a perfect engagement gift. Lost stars however because the item arrived damaged on all sides due to poor protection in the post, and despite 3 emails sent to their team I have not had any reply to resolve this. Item was received about 3 weeks ago and having not heard have gone ahead and left the review reflecting the experience.

We never received the product. After numerous attempts to contact the company, we never heard anything back. Then they email requesting a review.

As soon as I ordered I realised I had the wrong address listed. I emailed but still have not received any response. The tracking number is not linked so i don't know where the parcel is coming from or when it is due to be delivered.

Genuinely the worst and most stressful purchase of the Christmas period. Awful customer service and no ownership over how bad it was.

Purchased on 5 December, followed up on 13 December as had received no shipping notification. Received no response to my request just a shipping notification on 13 Dec. Item arrived quickly but only contained the family edition connection cards not the family edition book. Emailed straight away and have received no response. Been over a week now and item won't be here for Christmas now, with no explanation as to why or when I can expect to receive it to explain to the person who's gift it is.

I ordered 2 items in a bundle and only received 1. I contacted the company twice and heard nothing back
