Great service from start to finish. No issues purchasing an Oxford button down shirt on the site. Emails kept me informed of the order being received, shipped and out for delivery. Package arrived well wrapped and the shirt was immaculate. Will definitely return to shop with Aubin and Wills again.

I placed two separate orders with Aubin containing multiple items. Although most of the items arrived, one T-shirt was missing from each order.

I have contacted Aubin’s customer service team numerous times to report the missing items, but my emails have been completely ignored. Mistakes can happen, but failing to respond or resolve the issue is extremely disappointing, particularly given the price of their clothing.

I am now left having paid for two T-shirts that I have not received, with no explanation, refund or replacement. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from Aubin. I will gladly update this review if they contact me and resolve the matter.

From the moment I placed my order, I had a great experience. Purchase was quick and smooth, and delivery was impressively fast. I also really appreciated the constant delivery updates clear notifications that kept me in the loop so I always knew exactly when to expect it.

When it finally arrived, it was in great condition and looked fantastic. The beanie came in really thoughtful, secure packaging, which made the whole experience feel premium from start to finish. Most importantly, the product quality matched the hype: it’s a high-quality item that feels well-made and thoughtfully finished. Overall, everything from ordering to arrival was handled brilliantly.

It was the service that warranted the 5 stars, the clothes are excellent but the service stands out as you normally need to go to the US for amazing service. Staff was exceptional clothing great quality.

Poor customer service experience.
I ordered a £180 jacket with the website stating if order placed Sunday will be processed Monday and delivered within 5 days , just before my holiday.
However, when i chased them, they advised order will be processed 3 days later due to “high number of orders” - no apology.
i was concerned about an expensive jacket arriving whilst im away and asked if they could do next day delivery as its their fault why its delayed. The response had no apology for delay and asking me for an additional £5.99 for priority delivery. I thought it was a customer focussed company but obviously not.
I won’t order again from Aubin

I find ever seasons clothing has plenty of choice and colours available.

The fit and quality is always consistent and wash well without shrinking or losing shape.

This my No1 go to brand for the last few years.

Shorts weren’t true to size have 3 other pairs exactly the same and fit fine. Tried to exchange for a larger size out of stock so I was charged £3.95 for re stocking . One of the previous pairs I have and still wear have faulty hem which I contacted the manufacturer about to no avail . Love these shorts but won’t be using Aubin again as I believe I’ve had very poor service.

I had such a fantastic experience with Lesley-Ann at the Glasgow John Lewis Aubin concession.

From the moment we started chatting, it was obvious we shared the same appreciation for Aubin's style, exceptional quality and the values behind the brand. It was just great to connect with someone who genuinely loves what they do and can speak so knowledgeably and passionately about the brand and collection.

Lesley-Ann made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal. There was never any pressure to buy, just honest conversations and enthusiasm for helping me find the right pieces. That kind of service is becoming increasingly rare, and it made in-store shopping a real pleasure.

Aubin is a fantastic brand, but having someone like Lesley-Ann representing it makes the experience even better. She's a real credit to both Aubin and John Lewis Glasgow. I'd say I'll be back but I've already been in 3 times in one week!
