If the item is not functional and you abide all the guidelines, returns are accepted without problem.

Customer service was exceptional. The consideration of the item being incomplete and the price change allowed me to fabricate and buy the missing parts so that the final cost remained the same.

Putting in single (low cost) items leaves them without bids as they are not cost effective.

Friendly and fast at pickup. Items as described. My favorite auction house.

The product was exactly as expected via the photos and description. Within 2 minutes the staff delivered the product to mr for my approval and signature. The transaction was soooo smoth. No surprises or disappointments. I'll be back!

You can get great bargains, but on the flipside, you will also get broken items (about 20% in my experience).

The process is easy

The item that I bid on was not complete and I only got part of what I had purchased. And I paid almost $300.00 for something that I can’t even use. When I contacted the office asking if they could possibly see if the rest of the item was there I got a response that they would check but nothing further.

They do not like white people, I saw many Hispanics get thier items before the whites even when the whites checked in before them.

Most of the locations are very nice and quick. The Myrtle location is the worst. They are nice but they take forever to get the items. I've been there many times and it's the same every time. Sometimes it takes over an hour. Customers are always frustrated. They really need to be shown a more proactive system for pick ups. Also, you guys are getting less traffic because of nellis their customer service for pickups and returns is far superior. I'd start taking notes if it were me. Why would you not attempt to start pulling invoices after the auction ends knowing you have two days for pick ups? Get ahead of the game I know sometimes people won't show but overall they are coming and you know it. Why would you wait until they arrive to start pulling the order? Be proactive get ahead of the day get those orders ready to go. Then when the customer showed up it would be minimum time.

Web site are easy to navigate and bid but pick up bid items from locations often becomes challenging

Auction Nation R21 service is bad on the collection side, auction Nation used to be one of the best in the country. To collect a car it takes nearly 2 hours. People jumping the queue no one seem to be supervising those ladies. Please guys bring back the people who used to run this company. To register for auction takes forever but before it was simple

I have bought numerous items from Auction Nation over the years and I usually happy with my purchase. I save 1/2 to 2/3 off of retail simply because the box is damaged in most cases!
