Auction nation and esp the East phx location are great to deal with

The only problems I encounter are when picking up items there is such a long wait to get items. There are days when there are only a few people there to pick up yet it takes just as long to get items when it a very busy day

Quick and helpful employees that assisted me.

Only allowed for 2 days for pickup and not open on the weekend, so didn’t pick up items and lost money. I will not use auction nation again. Thanks

Overall it’s been great. The only problem was with the first purchase from Mountain View. Closed on March 15. Went to pick up door on the 17th but the size listed was not correct. The man asked if I wanted to get a rug instead (one that didn’t have a lot #). Nothing I was interested in. He promised I would be refunded in a couple of days. It’s been weeks and still no refund. Not a good first impression at all. Bad business practices. I’ve had 3 purchases since then and they have all the been wonderful to work with.

Nothing works, missing parts. Crap. Nothing like pictures. Open boxes missing hardware. Sucks!!!!

The wait time for picking up items is typically 35-45 minutes. I would buy more if the wait times were less.

I lost dollars because you changed from 2 day load out to one without me knowing. Your customer service at loadout is very slow and takes way too much time.

Please get IT dept to switch the main mode of screen layout to grid mode ilo list mode. When ever I am in grid mode it goes back to list mode and I lose where i was at. Very annoying.
A dark mode would also be nice.

All the items I have or picked up purchased I've been great no complaints it was great doing business with auction Nation

These guys are super easy to work with! They have many super convenient locations all over the valley!! Absolutely love these auctions as a way to supplement my income. Plus it's like Christmas with the pallets!! You never know what you're going to get!!!

Drove for 2 hours to pick up my items at the north phx location there was a wreck on the freeway and I was 10 minutes late. They were still unloading a bunch of people but wouldn't let me in. I explained to them how far I drove and that there was a wreck but they wouldn't let me get my items. I had referred quite a few people to this auction but I'm surely going to inform them how rude and inconsiderate these people are. I will never spend another dime on an auction here. Don't use these people for auctions unless you want to be disappointed and treated like crap.

I picked up the items I won in your North auction. When I got home I noticed one item that I signed for was missing. It must fallen off my cart in the parking lot heading for my truck. I returned the next morning and asked if you had it. They checked and said that it wasn’t there. Four days later it showed up in your auction. I know because the labels on the box where the same exact labels on the box that I lost in the parking lot.

My first time using auction nation. I bid a max bid of 250 a day before. They bid the item up to 250. 5 items down from the item i bid 250 on went for 80.00. Wow. Be carful with this company. I don’t want the item now. They left a bad taste in my mouth. Look on google they had to pay over 260k back to people for bidding stuff up.

Some of the products offer don’t have the proper information or are useless defective or have false advertising they need to put more information
And also looks like the business increase and bid their self to increase prices
Also refunds take to long to process if you remains them don’t process the refund
Deal shop is one of them
Or you buy something really good and think is the best deal and when you ready to pick up they don’t find your merchandise and later you see it in another auction

Good selection of useful items great prices and good customer service.

Half of the stuff bought in the West and East Phoenix area were broken or not working or missing essential parts and was told cant return them the next day or same day. The staff there act like they are too busy to check the merchandise when you are right there, but when you test the gadgets and update them half are not working they are like; sorry we cant do anything about that - eat the loss. What can you do with a dining set with missing backrests, a refrigerator with no door on freezer, or a computer monitor that is deemed working but gets home and has a crack in the middle of the screen. And the wait for this broken stuff is atleast 1-2 hours. Highly unrecommended place in my opinion.

The 48th Street location is amazing and quick. The Mesa location on Alma School and University is the best. The guys there are friendly and very helpful.
