Audiam Has Falsely Claimed My Music 🎵 And Caused False Allegations That It Has Some Connection To My Music 🎵 I Have Never 👎🏽 Been Involved With Audiam In Any Way They Caused Complete and Total 🟰 Pull Down From YouTube Of My Music 🎵 I Also Experienced This Same Scam They Pulled On Social Media with FaceBook But Facebook put them in Check about the lie that they have some connection to my music 🎵 they are working In erroneous and capricious manners for other companies and being used to target artists brands and creators in ways to derail what they and other companies actually owe you

They are scammers. They distributed my songs without my permission.

I dont say they are scams, but their terms of use looks unporofessional and too tight, looks like scam. They have registered ≈50 of my compositions and recordings, after 6 months and earned 4$, they ultimately say that my music is "sample-heavy nature of the genres" and then deleted my works and seized my 4$ unilaterally and without discussion. That is relly unprofessional work ethic as for me.

Audiam manipulates their user agreement and falsifies the dates with out notice, I compared and found changes I was never informed about, changes like:
-->BUT<-- WE ((PROMISE))) NOT TO AMEND THE TERM (LENGTH) OF OUR AGREEMENT OR THE FACT THAT YOU ALWAYS KEEP THE COPYRIGHT IN YOUR MUSIC WITHOUT OBTAINING YOUR EXPRESS CONSENT OR ALLOWING YOU TO OPT-OUT.

And many many more ironic backwards illegal nonsense and ultimatum type sections claiming that while you own your copyright audiam owns less then 100%, you only need 1% to be part owner and none of this is. legal at all, its all a confidence trick!

The agreement does not hold up any legal validity and is gibberish only to protect themselves from fraud and copyright infringement lawsuits but the fact remains that the FBI does persue. these crooks, if you do not. get sensible emails and instead someone pointing to this agreement report them to the FBI.

Suspended account and withheld payment. Slow and unresponsive support. Do not give your money to them.

I gave my songs to Audiam so they can claim my songs through youtube content ID system, since many people use my songs without permission. Then I noticed Audiam is stealing money from me when I earned from youtube 1800+ dollars, and Audiam pay me only 600 dollars on paypal.
After they take 20% of their share from 1800$
I had to receive 1440$. They clearly say they don't take any taxes or fees so Audiam is stealing money from people. Audiam does not answer any emails or calls and they ignore me. I send them more than 50 emails about this problem but no answer at all.

I work with them more than 8 months and every month they pay me only 30% of what they actually own to me. Now you can imagine how much money Audiam stolen from me when they take so much money from me besides 20% of what they actually promised to take. Don't use them guys, I regret I didn't noticed this problem before.
