Amazing service as ever

Fair price prompt payment.

Item arrived as described safe & packaged with care . APC exellent delivery company arrived fast & on time practical online site with good description & photos . I would definately use Audiotrader again .

Every item has been thoroughly checked and tested thereafter being packaged with extreme care so that the equipment arrives exactly as you would want and expect it . A seamless transaction. Was offered a fair price and once I accepted audiotrader arranged to collect my guitar the next day. It was sent 24hr delivery and I was paid as soon as it arrived. It's refreshing to find a vendor who appreciates the importance of settling payments quickly compared to companies like reverb (I've had to wait more than two weeks) and eBay.

Bought a guitar from Audio Trader’s online shop (delivered 9 Dec 2025). The guitar received appears to be a child‑sized instrument, which wasn’t made clear in the product description. I contacted them on 11 Dec 2025 to cancel/return and asked for a full refund and a return label. They replied saying I’d be charged return postage, then stopped responding.
This is frustrating because their own Refund Policy states that if a return is accepted, they will send a return shipping label. Their policy also says to contact them immediately if you receive the wrong item so they can “make it right”, but that’s not what happened.

Their policies are also confusing/misleading for UK customers: the Refund Policy says the “European Union 14 day cooling off period” applies only for goods shipped into the EU, but UK online buyers also have a statutory 14‑day cancellation right from delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. That legal right exists regardless of what a retailer’s policy says, so the wording risks discouraging UK buyers from exercising their rights.Finally, the Terms of Service include broad statements like “we are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate” and “use is at your own risk”, but UK consumer law still requires goods to match their description.

Overall: unclear policy wording, poor communication after the first reply, and not a straightforward returns process despite their own stated returns policy and won’t use again.

simple to fill in the form, payment made within 2 days of the item being picked up although the royal mail person was surprised by the size of the box.

Ordered 3 times from these guys now, no problems at all. Very good service and will definitely order again without worry!

Fantastic service from ordering to receipt. Comprehensive description of item, detailed confirmation of order and shipment details, speedy delivery. Even got call from APC delivery driver confirming where to leave parcel. Brilliant company to deal with.

Bought a nice P.A. speaker cabinet from Audio trader. This is my first purchase from this company and it all went well. Good product, good service. Posted and arrived quickly too. Would definitely use them again.

Waited a month to post this. Product was exactly as described. Used daily for a month now. Arrived on time and was well packaged. Buying used kit is always risky, I feel, but I would confidently buy off Audio Trader again at the drop of a hat. A brilliant product (a Marantz CD player) at what I consider a very fair price. My next upgrade will be speakers. Audio Trader will be my first port of call.

First time using this company, the service and professional help was exceptional.
