The website had a nice choice of homewares that seemed to be well-priced, but I was then charged the same amount again on the import via the courier (the items come from Europe), so the price effectively doubled and was not worth the value. I wanted to avoid the hassle of sending it back, but I suggest anyone looking at this site in the UK speaks to the company first so you know the hidden costs you might be hit with.

As others have said some of the items turned up broken. The ones that weren't were covered in a layer of filth. Prices are very cheap and if you are willing to go through the hassle of returning broken items it might be ok. But does take a couple of weeks to get the return sorted.

I also received grass mat that was more like moss texture had holes damaged and all dirty at the back as if it was orwowned or used
This green powder was pouring out all still staining my hardwood
I sent a pic and email requested a refund
And ws told if I ship then will receive but will be charged postage
No thanks
I will just not ever buy from here or recommend it def a scam company

Absolutely disgraceful how poor the quality was I was better off picking someone's used grass mat outside

Next time will be bought from Amazon for same price

Excellent customer service and great product

Packaging was excellent + very secure, best I've seen in comparison to others! All items were really nice, nice quality. I ordered the rhino head - love it! Chinese cup, 2 black + gold candle holders + a few Xmas bobbles, all in the sale, all fab items :) would order from here again.

Lovely ornament and fast delivery. Was cheaoe4 than same item on Wayfair

I never leave reviews but noticed this website hadn’t really got many and was sceptical, so this is the reason I’m leaving this review because honestly I couldn’t be happier and wouldn’t want someone to be put off by lack of reviews. The delivery was extremely fast and the quality of the stems I ordered were amazing and so beautiful. Honestly couldn’t recommend enough!

Not a bad company, good pricing however one of the items I was damaged (and not from transit, so must not have been checked before posting) so I asked for a replacement to be sent asap and they said they couldn’t until they received the damaged item back. This would then have been too late so I had to just take the loss as it was more effort than it was worth to try and return it at the moment and with our post office being closed so much.

This company is a scam… I don’t recommend anyone using it I was sent flowers which were advertised as white when I got them, they weren’t white infact an off yellow!

I rang to explain that this is not what I ordered and I would like to send it back the women on the phone said that’s fine.

I requested that because this is not my fault and a fault of the company for miss labelling these as white I would like a free returns label.. she then passed me on to a guy called hammed who claimed that they are infact white and nothing was miss labelled and it was an issue with myself because I didn’t like the flowers.. I responded with it says they’re white but they’re not to which he replied yes they are…
I then sent a picture showing the flowers where you can clearly see they are not white he still refused and was extremely stubborn to come to any kind of reasoning.. adamant that they were white

Further more I received my refund but not even in full I had to pay for the postage to me and then posted back
I rang back and said I was told I would receive a full refund and I was told I did… however I didn’t

above all I don’t recommend

Good overall experience. Easy to navigate website, great products and outstanding customer service. Will be buying from again.
