Horrible company. I ordered a dress but they sent me something like a cropped t-shirt that barely goes to my belly button. The funniest (and most annoying) part? It's not even wearable as a t-shirt - There are shorts inside the t-shirt

When I contacted them they said "that's how it's supposed to be". Totally unacceptable. I would not recommend this seller to anyone.

Do not use this retailer and avoid at all costs. While taking your order and payment is relatively easy, the delays on posting your order is painfuly slow and customer service is none existant. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I ordered the dresses with built in bra and shptts.They are the size of a shirt I ordered 3x. Then when you want to return they argue with you and tell you 4 to 6 usd refund and over 20 dollars to return

Thought I'd be brave and order something I saw on social media. It's been alllllll over mine. Was so disappointed when it came in. It's the "same" item, but not. Sizing was extremely off (and I went by their size guide) and the material was not as described. Thank goodness it wasn't very expensive.

Impressed by how comfortable and reliable this bra stays throughout wear without slipping; good quality material and thoughtful design made this purchase reasonable for its affordable price.

I ordered 2 strapless bras & when then arrived (from China!!) they were not the same as the product advertised. The size was completely wrong & VERY POOR quality. They were unhelpful & the postage was too expensive to return them so, I lost my money. A complete ripp off!!!!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY from them . Wrong sizes and terrible service. I lost all my order money as the product they sent me didn’t fit me properly and when talked about other options like getting a refund and shipping the product back they responded with non useful answers . You can’t ship back as their warehouse is in China and shipping cost is fairly large. So no guarantee that the size that you order will fit you properly . I am an honest customer so I showed them my other products having the same size that I ordered but nothing helped . I lost my 40Cad for this order . PLEASE do not order from them if you want to save your money . Extremely disappointed and frustrated!!!

I give this website. NO Stars…. I have not received my items. They have refused to give me my money back. They have a fake tracking system and my item has shown to be in the same place for a month. Has anyone ever filed a claim against this merchant because this is fraud and a scam.

Please DO NOT purchase from this company!! I waited more than a month for my strapless bras. I received NO invoice (so you have no paper trail to prove your purchase), the bras were TERRIBLE (it was like a sports headband wrapped across your chest), and I spent weeks responding to their stupid emails where they first tell you they can’t locate your order, ask for photos to prove your purchase (remember you have no invoice), and then they tell you that returning fees will cost you more than the purchase itself so they offer you a $5 refund. They go even further to say that you can keep the items… lmao!!! Like they are doing me a favour!!! Why the heck would I want to keep their useless items!!! Scammers!!! The name of this company makes so much sense to me now… AUFORTUNATE (Au - as in aww to sad for you; Fortunate - as in yay for them you made them a fortune).

Do not order anything from Aufortunate..It took over 6 weeks to get one order and when I got it it was the wrong size and the material was cheap..They is no one to talk to so I had to take pics and email them just for them to tell me it's the wrong size..When my order says 42DD and they sent me a 46E how is that correct but it gets better they also stated it's gonna cost me to much to send back to china but they will refund me $5 US DOLLARS...We just had to laugh..And the thing is I'm still waiting for my other order that I have not received that I ordered 5/26...Worse company ever!!!

This company is fraudulent and the products are trash. They try to recharge your account for more than you agree to after the fact. I received the 2 strapless bras and they were horribly made and crooked. They were supposed to be 42D they were a 32” B cup. Do not order from them!

Scam!!!! Received the item- size was so off .. small .. impossible to return said it more to ship it back than item cost.. so chew it up.. calling credit card to dispute the charge

Do not buy here. It sais CAD $ but will charge US $. I have order a strapless bra 2 in a pack. Order was was made at the bigening of May and we are June 25th and I have not received then the tracking stoped on June 8th. No ways to get a refund just messages about being patient.... Never again! Anyone has a phone number please?

Don’t buy! I ordered the multi-way strapless bra. It was supposedly coming from the US (to Canada) but took a month to arrive. It’s clearly from China. It does not match the advertisement at all. It is very cheaply made! When I asked to return it, they offered me $5USD even though I paid $37USD.

They are a scam....never received merchandise, they say I refused delivery and for them to resend I need to pay more money! Won't refund my money either! Don't waste money

On April 12, 2024, I purchased two full-fern plants for $39.22 US. I saw the advertisement on Facebook and I live in Ontario, Canada. On June 6, 2024, I received two BRANCHES in the mail. You read that correctly…2 branches. I have repeatedly had conversations with the company and they have offered me a final $10 reimbursement and an offer to keep the two branches. How lucky am I? If I take their final offer, I will have received 2 useless branches for only $29.22 US! I have reported them to my Mastercard company. KEEP YOUR MONEY. BUYERS BEWARE.

To be honest it is horrible. Stitches started to fall apart the moment I tried to put strapless bra on...just while trying it on! And customer support is useless. Basically I was told there is no issues with my order and return policy is not available. In other words they are legally scamming people by selling cheap China products with no quality and possibility to return for refund. Don't waste your money.
