AuPeptideLabs is an Australian-owned and Australian-based supplier of research peptides, shipping nationwide. We started because sourcing research peptides in Australia usually meant one of two things: a long wait on an overseas order with no real idea what would arrive, or paying local prices for the same uncertainty. Won’t go anywhere else. Excellent service
I’m new to peptides and selecting a reputable and trustworthy supplier to order from was a little overwhelming at first but I’m SO GLAD I went with Au Peptide labs. They customer service is outstanding and they are always so happy and quick to respond. There are an increasing amount of options out there but they are competitively priced for an authentic, trusted local product.

We have replied to your email and sincerely apologise as we unfortunately didn’t see your original message earlier, that’s completely on us 🙏
Just to explain what happened, at the time your order was packed our label printer wasn’t working. We did have pre printed labels ready for our existing products, however this particular peptide is a newer product and we didn’t yet have labels made for it. Because of that your vial was sent without a label, which we fully agree shouldn’t have happened.
This isn’t the standard we aim for at all, and we’ve now replaced our label printer so this won’t happen again going forward ✅
