If I could leave negative stars, I would. I messaged customer service to return the purchased monitors a few days after receiving because they were not approved to use with my company computer. That was May 2025. After several follow ups, my last response from them is below, August 5, 2025. Needless to say, I will never get my money back and I will be sure to spread the word on how AWFUL this company is. Such a scam!!!

J’ai acheté un double écran aura display dual boost il y a plusieurs mois.
- Pour commencer, il s’est déjà passé 1 mois 1/2 entre la commande et la livraison (peut mieux faire)
- une fois reçu le colis, j’installe le double écran : et là, DÉCEPTION ÉNORME. J’ai cru avoir acheté un écran des 1er jeux vidéos des années 80 ! La qualité est nullissime, floue et l’image ne remplit même pas tout les écrans !
Bref, c’est inutilisable bien que je me sois assurée de la compatibilité des écrans avec mon ordinateur
- je demande donc illico un remboursement.
Réponse ultra rapide des services me confirmant mettre le dossier à l’étude…. Puis plus rien.
Je relance, re-message me confirmant qu’on s’occupe de mon dossier…. Plus plus rien
Et ainsi de suite jusqu’au délai fatidique du « vous avez dépassé le délai légal pour obtenir un remboursement »

I placed an order with Aura on the 9th of November 2025.
I was promised delivery in 3 to 8 days (clearly stated on the invoice). The reality is that the product did not arrive for another 16 days.
November 26th 2025
Upon unpacking, I noticed a Laptop & Portable Monitor Sleeve was missing; needless to say, it was fully paid for. On the 26th of November, I lodged my complaint with Aura about the missing Laptop & Portable Monitor Sleeve
November 27th 2025
I informed Aura that one screen (the right screen) of the Triple Boost Pro was damaged. See images Aura 1, 2, and 3.
February 21st 2026
Regarding my complaint email, this is the message I received.
“The reason the return label has not yet been issued is that the case is still being handled jointly by the transport provider and the appropriate internal department.” To date (101 days), have passed, and you have not been able to generate a return label? I have even offered to pay for the return shipment myself.
March 4th 2026 (77 days later)
I received an email stating that they had sent the missing item, Laptop & Portable Monitor Sleeve, to my local post office “We can confirm that the laptop sleeve, which was shipped separately, arrived locally on December 17”.
So I have two questions for Aura:
Q1. Why does it take you from the 19th of December till the 4th of March to tell me you sent it to my local post office? The words of the Aura support team, “In this situation, we kindly invite you to contact your local post office directly”.
Q2. How do you know my local post office details? I gave you my door-to-door shipping address.
So I think we can safely say this was never sent.

I really do not understand what your problem is or how you look after clients.
To sum up, dear Aura team, these are the statistics:
101 days have passed, and you have done nothing to resolve the situation.
You have no telephone contact on your website, making this process very difficult.
I have sent 23 emails on the subject.
I have offered to ship the damaged screen back to you at my cost.
Why do you put your clients through this experience?

Non-Delivery / No Support Response – Order #AURA16577
I ordered the Triple Aero Pro Max (Gen 2) on January 28 with 3–8 day shipping. UPS tracking shows the shipment is being held due to missing import documentation, which Aura was required to provide. UPS confirmed that without this documentation, the shipment could be abandoned.
I have contacted Aura via email and the contact form since February 24, with no response. After repeated attempts to resolve, I am still waiting for delivery or a refund.

I bought the product over 6 months ago, received it, but it was incompatible with my computer. went through steps to return and have never received my money back. been given the runaround by customer service saying they lost it but they won't return my money. I have provided proof of return, tracking, proof it ARRIVED AND proof it was signed for. Absolutely disgusting. Still no resolution for a $500.00 item that was never used.
Not trustworthy / Nicht vertrauenserweckend
The delivery took several weeks. As a result, the displays arrived far too late and we no longer had any use for them. Therefore, we requested a return.
Our return request was accepted on January 21, and we were informed that we would receive a return label in a separate email. However, as of today (February 16), despite multiple follow-ups and repeated assurances, we still have not received the return label. This is extremely unprofessional and does not inspire any trust.
Unfortunately, I also realized too late that the EU website does not provide a legal imprint (which is actually mandatory). In addition, the invoice does not include a company address, which is particularly problematic for German tax authorities, as I placed the order on behalf of a company.
I would strongly advise against ordering from this website. Overall, the experience has been highly unprofessional and not trustworthy.

Die Lieferung hat mehrere Wochen gedauert. Dadurch kamen die Displays viel zu spät bei uns an und wir hatten keinen Zweck mehr dafür. Aus diesem Grund haben wir eine Retoure angefordert.
Unsere Retourenanfrage wurde am 21. Januar akzeptiert und uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass wir in einer separaten E-Mail ein Retourenlabel erhalten würden. Bis heute (16. Februar) haben wir trotz mehrfacher Nachfragen und wiederholtem Vertrösten noch immer kein Retourenlabel erhalten. Das ist extrem unprofessionell und absolut nicht vertrauenserweckend.
Leider ist mir außerdem erst im Nachhinein aufgefallen, dass auf der EU-Seite kein Impressum vorhanden ist, obwohl dies eigentlich gesetzlich vorgeschrieben ist. Zusätzlich befindet sich auf der Rechnung keine Firmenadresse, was insbesondere für deutsche Finanzämter – ich habe für ein Unternehmen bestellt – problematisch ist.
Ich würde daher ausdrücklich von einer Bestellung auf dieser Seite abraten. Insgesamt wirkt das Unternehmen sehr unprofessionell und nicht vertrauenswürdig.

One had a faulty / glitching panel from the moment we opened the box. We requested a return and refund back in August 2025. It is not February 2026 and we still have not been refunded, and are told every week when we follow up that 'the return label is being processed and there is along queue'.
They are refusing to refund without receiving the faulty screen - despite sending multiple videos to confirm the issue.
The customer service is shocking - they don't properly read the emails, get confused quickly on their own internal processes and have provided misinformation multiple times.

Here is what happened. I ordered Dual Boost Pro (Gen 4) 15.6’’ Ultra (2.5K) monitors. Instead of the 2.5K monitors I paid for, they sent me Full HD monitors. Obviously, I was not satisfied, because the monitors I received are worse and cheaper than what I ordered.
I requested a full refund immediately on January 9, 2026. Today is February 7, 2026, and I still haven’t received a return shipping label. I have contacted support multiple times, and every time they tell me that my return request “requires additional review.”
It has been over a month, and nothing has happened.
I honestly don’t understand what kind of “review” is needed when the company clearly sent the wrong product. To repeat: instead of the monitors I ordered, they sent a cheaper and inferior version.
If the company eventually sends me a return label, I will update this review and add that information. But so far, everything looks like this company has no intention of processing the return.
If you see this review without an update section, it means I was never able to return the product.

I bought a double screen
I bought a double screen. One screen quickly crapped out. I submitted a ticket for a repair or replacement. So far I’ve only gotten a couple questions from them. No solution. Crappy product and really bad customer service
Scamed and lost my money
The displays were sent to a wrong address. Than DHL sent it back to Aura but i dont get my money back...they dont answer to any of my emails since weeks!!! 600 Dollar scamed!!!

Do not buy from this company. I bought the triple display on the 4th August 2025. It didn’t work with my Mac. The screens did not display at all. I requested a refund and to return the product. They said they would send a return label which never arrived. After repeatedly chasing they sent a return label but FedEx refused to accept it as the label was not correct. I requested another label which has yet to arrive and it’s now 17 th January 2026. They have dragged this out knowing that if it goes beyond 120 days you cannot claim it back on your payment method. I’m sure they purposely dragged it out hoping I would get fed up and go away leaving them with a £450 profit.
They are now selling through Amazon USA I intend to review the product there too to prevent this problem happening to other trusting consumers.

I began a return request on 24th June 2025 and as of 15th January 2026 I am yet to be able to return the item and receive a refund. All they say is that they are working on this as soon as possible. These are the basics of customer service.

NEVER BUY from this crowd. Purchased a Dual Boost Pro (Gen 4). A sturdy great looking peice of kit. It never worked properly from the start with constant turning off and on of the screen without warning. Raised a ticket to return (which they accepted) and now I have been stuck in a endless customer service AI bot loop. I wish I had seen the reviews before hand. £320 down with no way of getting it back.

I contacted the company, they approved the return in July, And said they would send the shipping lable and instructions. I have been in email contact with the customer service people for 6 months. They still have not sent the return label. Poor customer service, stallingj. When does it take 6 months and 20 emails to get a shipping label.
