AUS - CAMERAS . What a great company to deal with . I ordered a pair of NIKON MONARCH 7 10X42 BINOCULARS . ON TUESDAY AT 2.30PM and had them delivered to my door that same week very well packed, on FRIDAy AT 9.00AM . All my emails to them were answered correctly within 24 hours.The binoculars were certainly priced better than the opposition which i had been in touch with.
I would recommend them to anyone, after this experience.

Sometimes, when ordering on line there is a sneaking feeling that my order is lost in the vast cosmos of vague and remote dealing with ephemeral traders.

Not so with Aus Cameras. There was a prompt response and confirmation of my order. Delivery was in a very reassuring five days. The packing of my camera was most thorough and condition on arrival first class.

This is an outfit that delivers and backs it with positive support. My early apprehension in dealing with an unknown , even if the name was reassuring, was really removed -- FAST! Go for it!

Ordered my Flashgun on the Thursday night & received it on the Monday morning. Super quick, in great condition with an instruction manual. At first I wasn't sure about ordering online, but I will defiantly order all of my future camera accessories from AUS-CAMERAS.

I usually buy optical stuff directly from the US (B&H Photo).
Tried Aus-Camera and was very happy with the service.

Summary: Ordered on Tuesday arrived Friday via DHL from Hong Kong.
Price was good- $50 cheaper than US and $200 cheaper than Aussie retailers.
Packaging was adequate, double bubble wrapped.
Binocular arrived in perfect condition.
Transaction was in AUD so no exchange rate issues or extra bank fees.

Bottom line, I would certainly use Aus-cameras again.

Just purchased some Nikon binoculars from Aus Cameras for 60% of the price they are available for in retail stores in Perth.

Stores take great delight in telling you that the warranty is null and void if you buy product from "unauthorised dealers" (anything to maintain an inflated retail price in this country) so the one year warranty offered by Aus Cameras was a real bonus.

The order took 5 days to complete from confirmation of order on their website to delivery to my door. I was also able to use paypal to manage payment as an added security.

I was able to track the status of my order on their website and got a couple of emails from them during the process to let me know the status of my order.

Delivery was via DHL and very secure.

I am delighted with my purchase and with the service I got from Aus Cameras and will not hesitate to use their services in the future.

I would highly recomend Aus Cameras to anyone looking to buy a camera or my case Nikon binoculars, great product , equally good service.

I ordered a SENA headset for my motorbike helmet. Not only was the price the best I Could find but the product was shipped extremely quickly and packaging was very good.

More than happy to recommend this company to any buyer.

Before you order off this company be aware that in the very fine print under shipping-returns you may find that what their Web site indicates as being in stock may in fact have to be bought in from Asia or America so expect a delay of up to 2 weeks.

Might I suggest you email the company first and inquire as to where the stock is held. Don't expect an email response till early to late evening.

Deceptive to say the least.
