Product i received didn't work for me.let them know and wanted a refund but they haven't even got the decency to reply to my emails

BioCleanse - what a scam product!! They don't have any customer service whatsoever. Do not buy from this company!!

Scammers Don't buy anything from these people.
Tried cancelling my order 4 times , no response.
Their shop doesn't even match what you are buying.
they are from China, not Australia

i would not even give one star. Product not working. Emailed seller on time for refund no response. Contacted Pay pal not helpful either. Their policy is refund no question asked ( haha) DO NOT BUY. Wished i looked these reviews before ordering. Hoping will save someone money

We ordered and paid $86 weeks agO sent emails no reply for LYMPHA CLEANSE they are very dishonest please people do not waste your money lesson learnt here can’t ever reply to our emails.😡😡

Everything about this company’s website, address and ordering process suggests an Australian or English company. The product that arrived from China (in a very small tube for the price) was labelled as made in China. The label listed different ingredients to the cream I ordered and doesn’t say how often to use it. I’m not sure whether to trust their manufacturing laws so I’m not using the cream. Don’t waste your money.

Do not buy from this company, ever!! They are dishonest and will send you rubbish instead of what you ordered. Do not believe their refund policy. It’s a myth. Doesn’t happen. This company is one of the biggest scams. They are only interested in your money. Buyer beware big time.

I did receive my product eelhoe double eyelid cream. Does not work. It’s a have so don’t buy it

Do not buy from this place the worst I got the patches didn’t work they refunded me which is great. But then I ordered the gpl1 tablets like 3 weeks ago still haven’t received it looks like everything I have ordered is from this place orders do not take like 3/7 days it’s ages before you receive if you receive pick your game up

I also purchased Thyroherb from this so called company,they sent me Liver Detox which I cannot take.Have tried every week from December to to get details of returning this product and get either a refund($39.99)or sending me what I ordered....no reply what so ever,preying on the vulnerable.

I wish I could put no star. I paid $40 for a product called Thyroherb but did not get the product even though it is listed on the Shop app as delivered - didn’t happen. Emailed them twice and no reply. I am at my with end as to how to get in touch with them. I think it’s an out right scam. Who do you get in touch with ?

This company cannot improve. I have been emailing back and forth for the past week, everyday. Sold me a product clearly labeled QUIT EASE on advertising, received product, package and contents in a foreign language??
Requested return and refund to be informed I'd have to pay for International shipping to an address in China. Asked why when my initial payment was made to the UK. Some lame excuse about ingredients coming from China to then be scientifically blended in the UK. ????
Given contact number for Chen Lei in China, number disconnected.
Was offered,20% refund keeping product, then 30%, then 40% all of these unacceptable as I wasn't returning because of any issues, apart from fraudulent advertising, Zelenden should have been responsible, but stated no postage paid company rule ????
Also did not want to ingest product due to foreign labelling, even though they stated it was safe. NO TRUST in this company. Absolutely disgusting customer service. DO NOT buy anything from this company. I have better things to do after a week of trying, to deal with these thieves any longer. Have taken 60% refund, item I can keep, 40$ of my hard earned money thrown in the rubbish. 😡

I have attempted to cancel my order and no one replies.

I purchased their product and paid extra for express shipping and money back guarantee. The product is rubbish and does not work. I have emailed the seller on the email address supplied and they simply ignore me. I do not want other trusting consumers to have the same experience

They supplied twice the product I wanted, by not displaying a checkout amount until after you paid. I immediately requested they cancel half the order and had no joy, they billed and sent twice as much. The product is a vitamin and it is not approved by fda.
The suppliers name is not on the jar, it came from China.Cannot find company online
