After bad experiences with online boots I hesitated, but the nora leather orthopedic boots felt comfortable instantly. No rubbing at the heel. Delivery was slightly delayed but support responded quickly when I asked.

Ordered a pair of sunglasses from the website. Shortly after I thought I best check the website was legitimate and through googling saw Trustpilot. With all the bad reviews I asked the company to cancel my order but they said I couldn't as per their terms and conditions.
I thought that under EU trading as the company is based in the Netherlands you could cancel a purchase up to 14 days. I could be wrong, but they were definitely not willing to cancel the purchase.
The sunglasses arrived which did look like the pictures on the website, however they were very cheaply made 100% not worth the price paid. You can get much better quality glasses on Amazon at cheaper prices.
So after emailing back and fourth explaining the situation my only choice was to return them. I paid £7 for the return to China as per the address on their website. I've never come across any other businesses making you return oversees to a country of manufacture.
Straight after posting I went to my bank to put in a claim.
Strangely roughly a month or more later a package arrived at my address. I looked and it was the sunglasses that had made there way back to me because the company had refused to accept the parcel from the courier. I googled why do companies do this and it said so that they don't have to refund you.
I don't know who the person in the office is in the Netherlands but this is definitely a scam company. No legitimate business would refuse customer returns in order not to refund or make you return to the manufacturing company. Very odd I think Trading standards needs to step in.
Extra note:
I have emailed your company about the parcel being refused. You have not offered a solution. You said that I need to resend the parcel because there was an exception with the delivery. That you will not refund without me paying again to resend the parcel to China.
The exception on the delivery was the parcel was refused by the company you use in China. I also see you have changed address for returns, after previously providing me with another.
For anyone with issues reading this review I suggest going straight to your card or payment provider for a refund.

I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. Delivery took nearly a month, far longer than expected. When the product finally arrived, the quality was very poor.
To make matters worse, returning the item has been a nightmare. The return has been held in customs as import Tax is due, which as the sender you cannot pay, and they, as the recipient are refusing to pay. As a result, the product is now stuck in customs with no resolution.
Overall, a very frustrating experience and not one I would recommend.

I would give it zero stars.
Really a scam operation, sent me a EU 46 shoe (terrible quality) even though I ordered a US 15 (eu 49), claiming that a 46 is the right size multiple times, even sending me a fake size chart.
They are very friendly and quick with replies but everything is just set up to delay and ultimately say it’s out of their exchange window.

I ordered a jumpsuit for my wife and took the advice of a size up! Even that was too small, possibly only for suitable for someone not on the taller side. No returns policy. No one ever responds about returns it’s a shambles. Do not buy from here! They take your money.

I returned some garments last year, after being advised the process to follow, that is filling out a returns form, and once posted, provided them with the shipment number. I kept monitoring the return, only to find that it has been in customs since 4 October 2025.
Today I received an email stating that: "As per our company policy, the responsibility for return shipping costs and any customs charges lies with the customer." This is news to me. Their returns policy states: "3.Send your order along with the completed return form to the provided address. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs. Ensure that the package has a tracking number."
I have had numerous emails back and forth regarding a refund, with no mention that I (the consumer) am responsible for the customs fee. I don't even know what the customs fee is, or who it gets paid to.
It also takes a long time to get any replies to emails.

I ordered one item of clothing from this company. Order number-12313.The item was too small and I returned it.
This was not acknowledged.
I was asked for proof of postage, which I sent a copy of by email. No reply. I contacted them again. They replied that they could not find a Tracking number, which was clearly displayed on the Royal Mail Certificate of postage. This company could improve their method of handling returns.
UPDATE - The company replied to say, that they did not accept the return as it did not accept Royal Mail certificate of postage but as a goodwill gesture offered me 10 Euros which I will decline. I read their Return address is in China. Their Contact Tel. is in Australia country code +61). Their correspondence address is in The Netherlands. The mind boggles. 10 Euros does not cover the item returned and inconveniences. I hope they will in time find a better way of communications.

I sent it back, after 10 weeks it came back to me because no one in their office in China would accept delivery. Those scammers will not refund me because it is past the 30 day window. I sent them all the paper work to show why but these thieves will not refund me.

I ordered a coat from this site, mistakenly thinking it was coming from Europe. I checked the shipping times - 4-9 days - and received several emails letting me know that my order is "arriving soon". In fact the tracking details show that nearly two weeks after ordering, the coat is still in China. I understand that shipping from China takes time and is unpredictable, which is why I wouldn't choose to order directly from China. The website is very misleading. At no point during ordering, or on the delivery page does it say that items are shipped from China. I feel conned by the lack of transparency in the ordering process and I haven't even received the coat to see what the quality is yet!
