One of our wedding rings was not ordered the day we placed the order it was placed one month after only we figured it out it would have never been ordered then they told us lies on why it wasn’t ordered absolute disgrace considering we gave them nearly £4000 weeks got the second ring 4 days before the weeding then to top it all off they phoned myself to say that on the day we were picking up the ring there would be flowers and champagne for my fiancée as this wasn’t acceptable behaviour and in arriving to pick up the ring nothing to bee honest from start to finish it was horrible this is meant to be a happy time and it was awful from start to finish I would not recommend this shop to anyone

Extremely disappointing experience – incomplete refund and wedding delays
We purchased an engagement ring in December 2024. Due to faults, the ring was returned for repair three separate times, with no successful resolution. A full refund was eventually agreed.
However, when the refund was processed, it was £300 less than the amount paid, with no explanation. This is despite the fact that a £100 refund and £100 voucher had already been given purely as goodwill compensation for the inconvenience — these were not part of the refund and should never have been deducted.
This situation has meant we now need to restart the process of finding a ring elsewhere and has directly delayed our wedding plans. The lack of transparency and poor handling of what is a significant, once-in-a-lifetime purchase has been incredibly frustrating.
I would not recommend based on our experience.

Picking the ring was a fabulous experience. Very helpful and made it feel very special.
Picking up wasn’t as great, it felt like the special they were trying to invoke wasn’t authentic/forced.

I picked up my ring on the 20th Dec 25 and the lady that dealt with my husband and myself said to wear the ring to see if you like it and if not you have up to 30days for a refund. I thought the diamond was slightly too big and wanted to change it to a smaller one. I wore the ring 1 day to show my friends then returned it to the box before returning it for an exchange on the 27th Dec. The lady that dealt with us this time looked at it (with a magnifying glass)and said there was a few small scratches on the inside of the band and couldn't be returned. We are very disappointed with the service.

Mia was outstanding from start to finish. She was attentive, professional and incredibly welcoming throughout the entire experience — from browsing in store and getting the sizing right, to purchasing and collecting the ring. I genuinely couldn’t fault a single part of the process. If anything, Mia made it truly exciting and memorable.
The range of jewellery in store is excellent, and the bespoke ring is absolutely beautiful. Thank you, Mia, for making this such a special experience. Engagement ring purchased — and she said yes! 💍✨
Had good experience buying rings but poor experience returning a ring for resizing. I was told it would be 1-2 weeks for resizing and heard nothing after two weeks. When I phoned in to enquire there seemed to be some confusion and difficulty finding the ring on the system, knowing where it was and even was it the engagement ring or a wedding ring getting resized. This meant there was some anxiety for my fiancée as there seemed to be no confident answer as to what was going on. Eventually after 4 weeks I phoned again having been told it would be in, I was told still not in and they would email the relevant person to chase it up, this was at least the third time I was told this and I said this wasn’t good enough and what would change this time. I was phoned back shortly after to be told the ring had suddenly just arrived. It was then on this phone call I was informed it was normal it would take 4 weeks, I said I was told 1-2weeks. The assistant then proceeded to tell me this can’t have been the case resulting in a back and forth stating the same thing. If I’d known it would take 4 weeks I would have waited until we had a pre wedding photo test shoot which had to then be rescheduled so my fiancée had her engagement ring. I had to pay for resizing despite the wait and was also reminded by my fiancée afterwards we were promised a bottle of champagne when picking up the wedding rings which was never provided, a bottle of prosecco was only offered to apologise when collecting the resized engagement ring.
