Fantastic knowledgeable and friendly staff
Sophie at the Glasgow branch was very welcoming and friendly. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and chatty. I had already decided on all the details regarding the diamond I was looking for but not the setting. Sophie provided many different settings for me to try which helped make my decision easier. Thus is my 2nd purchase from A&B and I would recommend this company without any hesitation. Thank you Sophie for all your help.

Engagement ring purchase
I bought an engagement ring from the store in Glasgow. Customer service was excellent. I was able to finalise my order without repeat visits and was able to sort mostly everything via WhatsApp, Jack made the whole experience very easy! Ring is high quality (enough so she said yes!).

Great sales team, helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable
Jodie was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable as she assisted us to make the right decision on clarity/colour on a pair of diamond earrings for our daughter. We were fortunate that there was still a sale on from Black Friday, therefore getting a great deal on our purchase.
