Truly terrible customer service.
There are not enough characters available to truly explain how poor the service was. Empty promises, no pro active communication, missed delivery dates and to top it off the sales person tried to intimate it was our problem. We will not be revisiting this store.

Fantastic support from start to finish, supported by both Hazel and Aaliyah who not only guided through the practicalities and differences between metals and stones, along with providing the necessary moral support in making decisions! 10/10 service, would recommend.

Excellent customer service from initial consultation, updates throughout and collecting the ring. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Very pleased with the engagement ring for my fiancé and she said yes.
Having a really bad experience with them, purchased a set of diamond stud earrings and a diamond necklace, it said 3-4 days delivery on the items as they were not custom order. I placed the order and opted to collect in store(Dublin) as thought that was the safest and probably the quickest option. It has been 8 working days since placing the order and I have heard nothing from them, I’ve phoned the store where I’m collecting and they have no information on the order or when it will be in. I contacted their ‘Live Chat’ days ago (which funnily enough is not actually live chat you get to leave a message), which they still have not responded to. I followed up then with an email two days ago and they have not responded to that either. So no diamonds and radio silence so far. Also wanted to upgrade my engagement ring when we were in collecting the earrings and chain but have decided against using them for the upgrade now.

Communication was very poor. Multiple emails, live chats, and even the 'contact us' function on their website was ignored. Delivery was also a week late with no updates. I only got a response after leaving a bad review. The ring is nice, but if you want reliable service and updates, look elsewhere.

Went in today in the Chester branch and was met by Poppy. I told her what I was looking for and we went through different styles and cuts. Finally made my decision on which one to get and voila! Fantastic customer service, and friendly staff. Can't wait to pick up the ring and see it in person. The only thing I do want to comment on is the lack of sample rings, it would have been nice to see more. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

Both Rachel and Sarah in Chester spent so much time with my hubby and I. I was looking for a ring upgrade for our 35th Anniversary. They were so friendly knowledgeable and we had a great chat too. I found Austen & Blake while browsing online for wedding bands. After spotting a few designs I liked, I looked up my nearest showroom and was pleased to find it wasn't too far away.
I visited on a Friday afternoon without an appointment and was seen straight away by Sam, who was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable from the moment I arrived. She took the time to talk through our options, answer our questions, and let us try on a variety of designs to help us find the perfect ring.
I left the showroom delighted, having narrowed it down to two beautiful options. Sam also emailed me all the details afterwards, which made it easy to compare them and think things over at home.
After a few days, I had made my decision but wanted to be absolutely certain, so I gave it a little more thought. A couple of weeks later, and after some email exchanges, I spoke with Sam over the phone and she arranged my order for home delivery, which was my preferred option. Even better, she was able to offer a price that was significantly better than the one shown on the website, which I was incredibly grateful for.
Throughout the entire process, Sam was helpful, friendly, and professional, making what can be a daunting purchase feel easy and enjoyable.
I can't wait for my ring to arrive, and I'm even more excited for the big day now.

I’d looked in a lot of jewellers and never found the right ring for me or my husband.
