Ankit Shah, one of the owners, provided excellent customer service, e.g. checking my address; and also notifying and accounting for inadvertent delays in delivery. My orders arrived in a timely fashion, and in good shape. I will definitely continue using AUSTiC Shop.

The HP02 refill kit I bought didn't work. When the cartridges were filled and fitted the printer stated that they were damaged or missing and wouldn't print. Happened with each cartridge. Waste of time and money.

Shopping at AUSTIC is easy. All payment options, easy website, and most importantly, great quality products. I can highly recommend it. Delivery is lightning fast.

The item does not work. Followed instructions exactly including trouble shooting guide. 4 different ink tanks and none of them would reset. A waste of my money.

I discovered this online shop during the COVID Delta lockdowns in Australia when I was looking for a Brother Professional Color Laser MFC printer. The customer service, pricing & attention to detail has been outstanding. The AUSTiC Shop is highly recommended.

I purchased what I thought was a desk calculator but it turned out to be a pocket calculator. No size was available in the description. I returned the product and was impressed with the simple returns procedure and was issued with a credit. Thank you, much appreciated.
Of course there was a $9 cost to return a $24 calculator so now I’m out of pocket $33.
With my $24 credit I purchased a set of Moki earbuds, which cost $39 ( the dearest of any online store) which was an extra $15, plus another $9 postage charge. That’s $33, plus the extra $15 & the $9 postage, so now this has cost me $57 for a pair of $34 earbuds. The sound from the earbuds is great but the microphone doesn’t work. You know what? I am not throwing good money after bad. I have decided to cut my losses. I suppose I could send them back for the cost of another $9, and receive a $39 credit, but I can’t find anything on the site that I want and even if I did, it seems to be so much cheaper everywhere else. Sorry Austic, you have lost my vote!!
