I couldn’t find what I wanted on Amazon so I only ordered a sample. One of your reps contacted me to confirm it’s what I wanted. I explained no I wanted a larger role but couldn’t find one online. He said he has one and quickly cancelled to original order and provided me with what I wanted without delay. Top marks.
