Harrison took the time to listen to what I really wanted out of my next role and gave me a good overview of what was available. He set me up with some good opportunities, and found out what he could at each stage to help me feel prepared.

Scott and the team are a highly professional team that set the standard for recruitment firms. What sets them apart is that they really care about their customers. They follow you through the journey and process until they can deliver exactly what you want. Even once you have landed a job, they still follow up to make sure you are settled in the new role. Working with a few other recruiters, the first thing to me that stands out about Austin Rose is how proactive they are. I would get regular updates from Ryan not only on email but also on calls where he would sit and talk through updates with me.
If I had any questions he was quick to answer and very helpful. At no point did I feel lost in the process of finding a new job because he was always there if I needed anything.
