Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I paid Australian Credit Savers for their services, but after almost a year, they achieved virtually nothing for me. Despite this, money was deducted/retained and getting my refund has been extremely difficult and frustrating. Communication and professionalism have also been very disappointing. I would not recommend their services based on my experience.

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience and understand your frustration regarding the time taken to resolve your matter and the refund process.
We have reviewed your case and would like to clarify that the matter was actively worked on throughout the process. We were able to successfully have the Latitude Finance Australia credit enquiry removed from your credit file. The remaining enquiries were investigated with the relevant providers, who confirmed that the applications were valid and accurately reported and, as a result, could not be removed.
Regarding your refund, we also reviewed your request and the applicable terms of your agreement. While the $330 upfront fee is non-refundable, we agreed to provide a pro-rata refund of $670 in accordance with the applicable refund terms. You were also advised that once processed, the refund would generally take 3–5 business days to reach your account.
Our team also reached out to you on several occasions to discuss the outcome of your matter and explain the refund process. Unfortunately, we were not always given the opportunity to properly explain the circumstances, as the communication at times involved threats of further action before we were able to fully address your concerns.
We also note that multiple reviews have been posted across different platforms while we were actively working to resolve your concerns. As previously discussed, once the agreed refund has been processed and received, the matter was considered resolved. We would have appreciated the opportunity to complete this process with you directly before further public feedback was provided.
We genuinely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. We made every effort to pursue the available avenues with the relevant credit providers and credit reporting bodies, and we remain committed to addressing concerns fairly and professionally.
