I dropped my watch 6 months after buying it from AWC and was quoted extortionate amounts to repair it by numerous companies. I contacted Liam at AWC for some advice, he said send it back and he will take a look. 1 week later he sent it back to me fixed. great company, great guy, can't recommend enough.

Liam was excellent. Watch was in great condition, discount wasn’t working at checkout and after kindly asking they part refunded the discount after payment. Hugely grateful to the team, incredibly efficient process.

just bought a 1968 Omega Seamaster off Liam. Can't speak highly enough of him, great service. we visited him at his office and he was happy to show us all the watches we were interested in. Was more than happy to make adjustments and talk us through the whole process. Will definitely consider buying from him again as it took all of the stress and unknown's out of the process. Excellent

Beautiful watch at a good price.
Liam got back to me promptly and shipping was quick and easy, came nicely packaged in a new watch box.

Purchased a vintage seamaster in the summer. Noticed a slight issue with rotor noise and tension ring for glass. Liam advised to return watch to him for a fix. Watch was returned back to me promptly and both issues resolved. I would not hesitate to recommend. Brilliant service.

Amazing service. The condition was even better than described in the advertisement and the customer service exceptional. Arrived 72 hours after payment, which was made on a Saturday.

Overall a great experience. The first watch I received wasn’t precisely what I had in mind. The exchange was effortless and the communication was clear. Very happy with my newest acquisition.

My original 1 star review reflected a negative experience generated by a difficulty in communicating with AWC. However, LIAM picked up on this and generously offered to come halfway in covering my extra costs to resolve the question, notwithstanding the time passed from the original purchase.

My watch arrived incredibly quickly, and it looks beautiful- even better in person than it looked online.

I was also impressed with AWC’s attention to detail- the packaging, including the documents, box and protective wrap- but in particular I was impressed that they set it to the correct date and time zone for me here in NY! It’s the little things like that, shows what great pride they take in their work.

AWC was also very accommodating- I asked for a different strap than what it was shown with, and they worked with me to find one that I liked.

I ordered a watch late on a Wednesday night, before 9am on Thursday I received an email thanking me for my purchase and informing me the watch will be delivered the following day with tracking. The most beautiful 1966 omega arrived Friday afternoon with box and all paperwork. This company are definite 5 star from start to finish. Top quality product and service. Thank you.

I was amazed by both the range and quality of Omega Seamaster watches on offer with AWC. I was spoilt for choice but delighted with my selection of a 1972 Auto Chronometer with date window in excellent condition. Liam couldn’t have been more helpful and was absolutely focused on my requirements rather than just making a sale.
