I had my screening with Claudia and she was very accommodating and friendly! I was seen only a day after my booking which was a lot quicker than expected. She answered all of my questions and re-explained questions I struggled with and made the entire experience a lot less daunting

Great screening and great experience only you can’t get through on the phone to them to go ahead with next steps tried emailing multiple times been over. Week not had anything back everytime you ring the phone number it’s a automated message an it just doesn’t answer no one gets back to you which is a shame as I would like to go ahead with next steps an get a assessment for adhd an autism I just wish they would get back to me. Abit disappointed as had such a good experience on the screening with Olivia

The lady that spoke to me was kind and patient when I rambled a bit. The question on the pre assessment were concise and fairly easy to answer though some thought was needed. Overall a great experience that put me at ease and took away my feeling of imposter syndrome straight away. I came away feeling seen and listened to which was a good feeling to have.
