Similar to others, I was scammed after signing up for a single test cost of 99cents. They charge under a different name, "Savero.DK" so I didn't realize after multiple $19.95 fees. I hope they get investigated and shut down.

Paid a small free for an assessment (it was supposed to be free but to see the results you needed to pay. I said fine, it was £0.99.) Two days later they tried to charge £14.99 for no reason whatsoever. They are fishing for data and card details via this "assessment" which provided no useful or personalised information whatsoever, it's a scam. Stay away!

I sought out the autism screening online after a GP told me to.

I did the quiz and paid 0.99 for my results. I thought all was smooth. 2 days later 14.99 was deducted from my account for a subscription to an app. I thought ‘I haven’t downloaded an autism help app’ so I emailed and said I had only done the screening online and can I have a refund.

They refused. I don’t even have the app, and I emailed not 10 minutes after the money was deducted.

I told them I would leave a bad review, and I am true to my word.

To me, this is unacceptable.

Not to make this personal but I am seriously struggling trying to get a diagnosis and this is the last thing I needed from a company who say they want to help people in my position.

I didn’t even realise there was an app! It feels like you are preying on the weak (though I know I am not weak of course).

Supposedly a free test but once completed you have to pay a small fee to see the results. This is annoying but not as annoying as finding out a month later that the company stores your details for a £20 rolling subscription - for nothing!!!!

Like everyone else here, it’s a scam. They auto subscribe you without your awareness. Don’t send a single email about being on a subscription so thy you remain completely aware, they just charge your account. Can’t even access any log in or account on the website. Stay away, don’t give them your bank details.

I'm yet another Potential Autistic person that fell for this scam, i wish more could be done to stop these type of systems working on the internet.

Please any one reading this do not use this, just go to your doctor if you feel like you have autism.

Did an autism test back in May and only just recently realized they have been taking money from me for the past 6 months for a subscription I didn't sign up for. The one time payment of 0.99 pounds for the test results never stated clearly that it would turn into a monthly subscription. If I had known I would've canceled it immediately.

After contacting them by email they said they are unwilling to give me a full refund because I had the benefits of the subscription. (how can I utilize the benefits if I didn't even know I was subscribed to them in the first place) but said they are kind enough to give me a 2 month refund which I find very unfair.

Be careful. Don't get scammed by this company.

Wanted to see the results for a test that was 99p so paid it now weeks later being charged £20, sent a email to cancel my "subscription" i never signed or agreed to and they have ignored it.

Once the payment is no longer pending will be disputing this with my bank. This company is a disgrace! no where does it state if you pay for this result you will be charged £19.95 a month randomly, what for? i don't even know what it's for? more tests? doesn't even make sense.

When a company puts a subscription cancellation behind a email address rather than the website you know its shady, from what i can see only way to stop this is by telling your bank to block it otherwise the money will keep going out, not sure why people are cancelling debit cards just need to ask your bank to block it.

Company replied saying its clearly stated they will charge £20 a month, where? why is there so many reviews about it then? we all blind?? or you just robbing money off people as these reviewers are just the people who's noticed, a lot of people don't even check what's being taken out. Currently disputing two payments taken by them in a hope to get £40 back for a service i never even knew about let alone used.

Terrible company needs closing down for fraud.

Update - company told me they had cancelled the subscription but my bank says otherwise! had to put a block on it so they didn't cancel it they just said they had! so make sure your telling your bank to block this no matter what because their not doing it from their side.

Don't be fooled by the 99p or 30p test purchase. It is a con to pass the payment gateway barrier of your financial institution. They are signing you up to a subscription that you have no awareness of. No communication of it all. Just money gone from your account within 48 hours. Disgusting crooks. How can people operate this way? Disgraceful. I unfortunately don't appear to have my money returned by American Express either. Dispute was closed and marked as resolved within 3 days - no communication on that either so assume it is tough luck for me.

This becomes active within 48 hours of doing the test, so DO NOT pay for the results.

Also worth mentioning, to help anyone who does get caught out, if you contact your bank and raise a dispute claim, they should force the refund. My bank got the money from these crooks within a day, and it was back in my account with the website blocked.

So, dispute it if you get caught out, so websites like this can get shut down.

This company is a scam, you can answer all the questions then it demands £1 for the results. Seems reasonable and shows as a single charge with no additional conditions. The next day they took £20. No warning, no information. There is absolutely nowhere that mentions this charge. Clear scam.

Scam. It isnt clear they are going to take more money then make it impossible to cancel subscription. Had to cancel card. Avoid!!!

Paid for a 99p test with 'comprehensive' results. That is all.

They use manipulative marketing tactics to draw you in for this 'report'. They don't clearly state they'll charge you £19.95, 48hrs later with no refund offered. This is only clearly apparent when you go to cancel the subscription, not on initial payment.

They're despicable. Targeting neurodivergent people that are extremely likely to have executive function issues.

They are obviously used to the email responses of unhappy subscribers. They must have a script, as they replied almost immediately, to say the subscription has been cancelled but the payment is non-refundable, as is stated in the agreement.

This site and it's set up is calculated to exploit vulnerable people, using legal loopholes to do so.

Do not trust! I felt I may be autistic so wanted a brief overview before getting assessed. I just noticed they've taken £30 for the past two months!

THIS IS A SCAM! I paid for a 99p autism test and ended up with them taking two unauthorised payments from my credit card! I had to cancel my card to stop them taking more.

They say the autism review is FREE. Then you have to pay $1 for a "report", after that, they charge you $29 per month FOR NOTHING. Recurring payment that you don't know about and did not authorise. Now I had to cancel my credit card to stop being drained of funds. TOTAL SCAM. Instead use actually free autism quizzes online - there are many.

Be very careful with this app. I was charged for a subscription I did not knowingly sign up for. They advertise a small fee for an assessment, but buried in their terms and conditions is an auto-renewing subscription that kicks in without clear warning.

I feel the way they present their pricing is misleading. The cancellation process is confusing, and their refund policy is unhelpful. What should have been a helpful resource turned into an unnecessary expense.
