Brilliant product exactly what I wanted delivered very quickly!

Quality black Audi hub caps arrived promptly and are exactly as specified on website - fit perfectly, no problems, well satisfied.

Great product and great communication, I messed up the order a couple of times and they were excellent with me and happily changed the orders so suit.

I had great communication with Nimer throughout the whole process while going back and forth about my delivery. I initially made a mistake with my address when placing the order, but Autocap and Nimer were very helpful and quick to sort everything out and make sure the order was corrected and sent back to me properly.
Autocap is very reliable, and I’m extremely happy with the purchase I made. Great customer service and smooth experience overall. Highly recommended. Can’t wait to put the floating caps on my wheels 😃

Great Service, 4 quality centre caps for my VW Golf Mk7 GTI. These are clip in centre caps unlike some sellers that are just stickers.

This company is a scam. I made an order 2 months ago and still no delivery. And no reply to my emails . Avoid this company

Someone has to do something with this scammers! The most of these good reviews positives are fake ones! I ordered set of caps for my car a month ago and they didn’t send my order, website still “preparing your package” I’m tired to try contacting them and no one cares! No answer at all! SCAMMERS

I still have not received my order which I ordered on the 27/12/2025 I had an email on the 30th December stating it has been shipped however I had not received any updates.

I contacted you guys on the 9th of January and received a response on the 12th stating “Thanks for your message, and I’m really sorry for the delay.I’ve checked your order, and since there have been no updates, I’ll send a replacement for you. Once it’s dispatched, I’ll email you the tracking updates so you can follow its progress.I’ve also added £20 store credit to your account as an apology for the inconvenience caused. If you need anything else in the meantime, just let me know”

I still have not received any updates despite contacting you again on the 16th. This is appalling I do not want any store credit this was a birthday present and I will definitely not be purchasing from this store again. I ordered this item nearly a month ago. This is horrendous customer service.

True 5 star rating.
Firstly, communications were excellent, telling me when the parcel was posted and likely delivery day.
Second, the speed of delivery I think beats Amazon Prime. Super.
Thirdly, the product itself is top quality. I can’t fault it.
